Love them, I do not want to take them off. They are so comfortable just sitting around with them on. But off road they are amazing. So glad I got them.

Great shoe. Feels great on the foot. I only wish they were thinner.

There are many of whom who seem to find this shoe not to be truly minimalist. To them I say, you know not what you want. The trail glove 6 is a shoe of supreme comfort. Too much arch support? I suppose if you want knee replacement surgery in your early 50's and annual hairline heal fractures, maybe look into an alternative minimalist shoe. Or, maybe, move on from a poorly researched fad of the early 2000's and buy a shoe that actually WORKS. Want to feel like your foot is one with the terrain of God's beautiful green and rocky earth, whilst basking in state of the art just-enough arch support shoe technology, this shoe will find you well. All this not even to mention the dazzling color varieties. I had to meditate for 3 weeks to decide between 4 color options. A shoe company hasn't forced me into such contemplation for at least a decade. Long story short, out of the box i knew, the color I chose is the holy grail. I chose WISELY. Don't ask which color it is, this is a journey one must make on thy own. God speed. I will be buried wearing this shoe.

Now I haven't owned every version of this shoe like a lot of reviewers, but I find this shoe extremely comfortable. Personally I like the little bit of arch support. The shoe looks and fits great. I usually wear a size 12 and that size works great for me.

These fit like a glove. When my feet hurt after dancing or standing all day at work, I can put these on and go for a walk and my feet feel amazing. I had to size down. I usually wear an 8.5 and had to get an 8 and my husband usually wears a 15 and he had to get a 14. I use mine for trx workouts. We really like these for flat peddle mountain biking also.

I normally wear a 9, which was way too small. They were out of 9 and a halfs, and they recommend going up a size from your normal shoe, so I went with a size 10. The fit is really good. I have very flat feet, and have had no issues with the arch that I saw complaints about. It works well going on a hike with rocky trails, and I've been very happy with them.

I think everyone on here complaining about the arch support needs to chill out; if you want a super-duper minimalist shoe, get the Merrell Vapor Glove 5. I have had prior trail gloves, and this is my favorite thus far. The fit is improved on Trail Glove 6 from Trail Glove 5; the arch support is extremely comfortable if you plan to be on your feet a lot or go on a long hike; the rock plate is a very nice touch, if you want to stay in a close-to-minimalist shoe while still protecting your feet. Oustanding job, Merrell!

The large number of low ratings suggest this is not the shoe for everyone. I like it for walking and found adjustment to the barefoot fit fairly easy.
Fits me with ample toe room which is a must. I wear size 10 which is my usual size for an athletic shoe.

I never had the model before this one, so I can't compare. But I personally love this shoe for training in the gym and rowing.

Yes, it has some arch support, but I find them very comfortable. I'm not a barefoot purist so the arch support is fine. I wear these for daily activity and walking and love the way they feel. My only complaint, the are truly an ugly show in the old gold color. Looks brighter colored online, but in actuality it's more like a dirty mustard color. Then add baby blue accents?? Truly not a good color combination. Luckily for Merrell, I'm 46 and don't care about fashion, and the comfort is more important than looks.

I have enjoyed them. I got a 1/2 size down (11 1/2 down to 11) from my Trail Glove 4 and they fit well. Only used them for about a month so far but it feels like my old pair when I got them.

Trail Glove is my favorite program in the Merrell library. I use them for a lot of purposes, from day-to-day living to cross fit style work outs to trail running. I read a lot of the reviews on here before buying and was concerned, but ultimately I have not had the same issue.
Lots of folks complaining about the arch. To me, it was present but not as noticeable. Every foot is different, so maybe it just forms to my own arch nicely. After one week of wear, I don't notice the arch at all anymore. Classic glove feel that I've come to expect from the Trail Glove family. The lacing system does allow the shoe to get more snug on your foot which can make it more tedious to get on and off. You have to commit to unlacing them for an easy slide on/off. That's a fine trade-off for the glove-like fit and feel of these shoes. Love the new colors too.

The Trail Glove is by far my most favorite workout shoe when doing functional fitness and cross fit type exercises on turf and hard packed surfaces. I love the way I can feel the ground and the great traction to push sleds and such. I feel as one with the ground and this helps with balance and stability.

Great running shoes. I have been running in trail gloves for years and just recently bought the glove 6 shoes. I like the changes they made. I normally have to get a half size smaller for a snug sock-less wear. I swapped out the shoe laces which I though were kind of ugly with elastic locklaces and have been very happy with how they turned out.

I think all Merrell shoes are quality footware. The Oakcreek seems to be better for lighter hiking as opposed to the Moab. That said, I haven't found other hiking shoes / boots that match up to the Merrell brand.

They are roomy and have great traction. I bought them for cycling on a cruiser-style bike, and they're great for that use. Nice and light. For some reason I find them hard to lace up properly, but maybe they need to break in for a few months.

Perfect fit. Shoe sole offers strong connection with the ground. Sole is non-slip in dry weather; does not have strong traction on slippery or muddy surfaces.
