Just too much shoe on the heel. I have small ankles and I walked out of the heel.

These shoes fit very tight, and I ordered 1/2 size larger. While they look great, I will not order them again.

Ordered size 9.5 W, plenty of room in the toe box, but overall did not feel quite as stable as other running shoes I'm trying (Asics, New Balance, Hoka One One). Also, my big toes do touch the end of the shoes. I would have tried them in a 10 W but while wearing them for about half an hour just sitting around the shoes felt tighter and my feet felt like they couldn't breathe. I decided it wasn't worth ordering a larger size due to the issue with breathability. Pretty cute shoes, though, for Wide.

I was really looking forward to getting these and at first I thought they were going to be my new favorites. I tried them on, wore them around the house for several hours and they felt good. They were a little tighter than normal because I decided to try a Narrow width. (My last two pairs of Brooks (Ghost 14) were 7.5 M and they began slipping on my heel within a month. I finally just quit wearing them because the fit was so loose, it made my knees hurt after a run). I wanted to see if the Glycerin shoes would break-in to a more comfortable shoe, which they did. However, the left shoe started rubbing against my toe so I sent them back. I explain that because I'm not sure it was the shoe or that particular shoe on my foot that made it uncomfortable because if it would have fit the same as the right shoe, I would have kept the shoes. They give a lot of support and cushioning. And they look pretty cute, too.

I've worn Brooks Glyercin for years (7.5M). I have wide feet with bunions getting worse by the year (narrow heel and high arch). My regular size 7.5 felt too narrow so tried size 8. Fit I felt my big toe being squished from the top. They were wide enough just not enough volume in front of shoe. Trying Altra shoes. See how that goes. BTW, I use Powerstep insoles with metatarsal relief in all my shoes.

Zappos exchanged 8.5 for a sz 9 which is still tight and narrow. Would like to exchange for a 9.5 please.

I have been wearing Brooks Adrenaline GTS for years but didn't like the current color selection and saw reviews for the Glycerin. It took me 4 orders with Zappos to get the right size on these as they run short and narrow (I have never ordered wide shoes previously). I normally wear a 9.5 M in the Adrenaline and got a 10 Wide in the Glycerin (I got the all black style). I've worn them a handful of times and they are definitely cushier than the Adrenaline but maybe not as much support. I will probably go back to the Adrenaline when these wear out. Overall, I like them.

I am very comfortable wearing this shoe all day. It is quite cushiony and I can wear my orthotics in it without any problems.

I always buy a half size larger in a sneaker as I did with these. They felt a little snug in the toe at first, but anything larger would be too big. Other than that they are very comfortable and cushy. These are definitely more purple than the picture indicated.

This is my 4th pair of this seasons shoe. Not as good as last years version but a decent shoe. I run/walk a lot and wear them daily to work so I usually need to replace every 3-4 months

The fit was WAY off!!! It shouldn't take three orders to get my correct size. Comfort is GOOD -- that is really important to me.

This is my second pair of Glycerins. They are either a full size or half size larger than other brands I wear. The stabilizers make them fit tight. But I like them because of the thick soles. I had surgery to remove bone spurs, and they help with the pain.

Definitely comfy, but the sole isn’t quite as soft as I was hoping. I don’t think they’d work for long runs but short runs and walks are perfect.

I usually buy Brooks Ghost and all of my shoes are size 9. I learned that Glycerin had even more cushion than the Ghost so I was excited to buy them. Sadly they run 1/2 size small. I’m not not for returning shoes so I just wear a thin sock with them. They are SO CUSHY SOFT. My new go too shoe. Sorry Ghost.

I wore a 7.5 in the prior version of this, and the Zappo's description said to go a half size up and they were right. The 8 I got fits as closely as my other pair. These do not feel quite as supportive as the discontinued model, but I will wear them.

Love the shoe, but the right side of my heel hurts after wearing. I do have orthotics and they fit well. They run narrow,

The shoe fits well but the wide width only applies to the toe box, if you have a wife foot from heel to toe this does not fit much different than the medium width.

Love the shoe and buy them every year, wish they weren’t $150. I feel like they could be priced a little more sensibly. But, when it comes to your feet you probably should not sacrifice on comfort.

The toe box area is narrow. If you have a wide foot I would recommend sizing up. I am returning.
