If you look at the picture closely you can see that the right shoe is lower than the left shoe and was actually crooked. I ordered two pairs in different sizes and they both have the same issue

I have developed Peripheral Neuropathy. Yes. Nerve damage on my feet, so I am not running. I am a high school Spanish teacher, so I am on my feet all day long. (I hope I can get back to the classroom soon. I miss the students) Today, I walked two miles and I felt like walking on the clouds. I tried Glycerin 18 and they felt too roomy. These ones are perfect. I ordered the Ice Flow/Navy/Pink in size 7 and I love them. Brooks Ghost and Glycerin for my feet. Thank you Zappos for putting up with me: so many returns and exchanges, but finally I found the shoes for my problematic feet! I am looking forward to seeing more colors.

Brooks Glycerin is my go to shoe and this new model is fantastic. The fit was great, although in all running shoes I need a half size larger than my normal shoe size and this one is no exception. I also need a narrow size and this one is perfect. Since I have arthritis in my feet and I'm an older runner, I hope Brooks will not change this shoe as it is the only shoe that has the cushion I need and comes in a narrow width. My only complaint is that Brooks gives us ONE COLOR in a narrow width. And it's usually not very attractive. This one is boring light gray. But it feels like a cloud. A gray cloud!

I initially bought the gray with pink and navy. They fit really loose and didn’t feel like it had much of an arch support. I returned them. I read another review saying the black pair was more snug so I decided to give them a try. The black pair fits more snug and seems to have more support in the arch and overall. I have had 4 surgeries on my foot so I need to make sure I have the support I need because this foot is very finicky. The 19s have more cushion than the 18s and I always order a half size larger in running shoes. I teach pe and I am on my feet all day so I can’t wait to try them out in the gym.

These are exactly as billed - think of them as a cushier version of the Ghost 13. They definitely run short - My Ghosts are 7 1/2; I had to exchange the first pair of Glycerins I ordered for a size 8.

I have searched far and wide for a comfortable pair of shoes I could wear to work. I finally decided to try these and am glad I did. They are roomy in the toe box and narrow enough in the heel so they don’t slip. The sole is wide and keeps my feet and knees stable. No rolling or twisting. I don’t run. I just bought them for standing and walking on hard tile and concrete floors at work. They have plenty of cushion and support. Would love to have the same shoe in a slip on...non tie version!

I’m a big fan of the Glycerin shoes and have been wearing the 18’s for awhile. They fit like a glove, but I had to add some insoles for additional cushioning. Which was no big deal because the original insole can be removed and replaced. Alas, the 19’s have arrived! I read good reviews about how they are much more cushioned as compared with the previous version, and I was excited to try them. I also read some reviews that the black color in the Glycerin 19 fit more tightly than other colors. They were right! I bought the black and the blue. The black was too narrow in the overall for and width around the toe box. The navy color fit much better, like the 18’s, but with more cushion. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. My only recommendation is that if you aren’t completely satisfied with the fit, try a different color. For some reason there are slight variances that might make them work for you. Zappos has such good return policy that it’s no risk to order multiple shoes to test out and return the ones you don’t want.

I alternate these shoes with my Hokas! Surprisingly, they offer just as much support...even when worn for 12 hour shifts!

I have been wearing Glycerins for years. They are a reliable cushioned neutral shoe that delivers great arch support and good comfort right out of the box. Brooks has improved the durability of the soles a lot over the past couple of years, and I expect the 19s to deliver as the 18s did. I love the heel, which is substantial. The cushioning gives plenty of loft and feels great. I hope they don't make the toe box any tighter because right now it is on the cusp of being a problem, and I know at least one other person who felt it has already been narrowed too much. This shoe keeps me centered. I supinate, and I love that on my very first jog I could feel my whole foot in contact. The general fit is flexible but very supportive, soft but structured, and feels like you are slipping on a well fitted glove. As always, the laces stay once they are tied. They do not loosen at all. I ordered the navy with aqua trim, which is more low key than Brooks usually offers in this shoe, but it is a nice change. I like to have a 2nd pair to switch off, and I am waiting for the same shoe to arrive in the ombre gray. I originally ordered this color in the GTS to give that style a try. Hated the shoe (too much stability) and sent it back, but really loved the color. I know I'll get very good mileage out of both. I rely on Brooks, and they haven't let me down yet.

Feels like walking on clouds. I love these shoes. The fit is perfect and the look is too! I have worn the Brooks Glycerin model for a few years now. Have tried other styles models and brands. These I stick with. They're the best ever

I have been looking for a a wide running shoe that had a little bit of fun style to it and was so happy to come across these. I haven’t worn Brooks in about 2 years after falling in love with Saucony. I am so happy with this purchase. They definitely have a little more structure than what I’ve been wearing but the support is great. Cushy on the sole and solid. Love these.

These fit so much better than last years model. No heel slippage, great support and cushioning. Looks great. Got the grey with pink/navy laces. Love them.

I would have given this a five star rating if it weren't for the tall back area, which is tall enough to dig into the back of my ankle. I included a photo to show the huge blister I got after the first use with this shoe. I got one of the back of both ankles. I love Brooks and have purchased many pairs over the years, but this is my first Glycerin. I wish the back was the same height as the Ghost or the Adrenaline, which are lower in the back and never gave me blisters. This was after four miles of powerwalking and I could feel the blisters around mile three. The cushion of the footbed is wonderful and I love the color. As usual, you have to order a half size larger with Brooks, but luckily I knew that. It would be way too small in my regular size. Hopefully the back of the shoe will break in quickly because I want to wear these!

These are awesome! I did order a size larger than usual and they fit great. The wide width was a positive for me, so many sneakers don’t come in wide. I only wish they came in a pure White for summer. I would definitely order again. For those suffering bunions and metatarsal pain-these are great for that.

I would agree with other reviewers. This Brooks runs about 1/2 smaller than my previous Brooks Glycerin. I ended up with 8 1/2 narrow width and they fit super well. My last pair of Brooks was size 8 with medium width. I'm looking forward to walking in my new Glycerins.

I’ve been a longtime Saucony fan but the cush-factor seemed too good to pass up on the Brooks Glycerin 19. So far, I am loving the solid cushiony sole and upper support. Plus they look slick. I am usually a 10 in athletic shoes and the 10 works great.

My teenage daughter wore out her Brooks Glycerin 17 shoes I purchased at a local retailer last year. I decided to buy the latest Glycerin 19 online in the same size as the local retailer closed shop. Fit is same as previous model. Violet color is great. Thanks Books for making a great shoe!

Brooks Glycerin runs more narrow than Brooks Ghost, both sizes 7.5 women. I try to buy “wide”, however, it is rarely available. I love the cushion feel on the bottom of the feet and would love to give a higher mark for overall comfort but the shoes remain tight across the top and sides of the feet, no matter how long I break them in. Brooks has a long way to go in style for women's running shoes. I keep thinking every year Brooks will expand the women’s color scheme. Not every female loves the dark, toned down color selections like mauve, purple, black, silver, plum, grey, peacoat or the stereotype of pink coral and fuchsia pink. Sorry, I think you get my drift. Would love to see Brooks expand their horizon by offering brighter colors like yellow, orange, royal blue selections. I typically have 2-3 pair of running shoes that I switch out at one time but since the color selection hasn’t been great, I only keep one pair on hand for my training and running.

It’s been a few years since I wore Glycerin. I wear a size 10 in sandals but in sneakers I need a size up to give room. Also gave me foot space in the toe box. If you’re on the fence between Glycerin or ghost…..if you have a wider foot choose the ghost. It has a naturally wide toe box without it being a wide foot. Both are great shoes for cushion

Finally a dark stability shoe with some funky flair! I work on my feet all day and have to have a dark show. I am ecstatic about the funky leopard print on these extremely comfortable shoes - I can wear them all day - and they are stylish with cute jeans!

Brooks Glycerin 19 is a neutral athletic shoe that provides good support. It is deep enough to accommodate an arch support insert without the heel slipping. it is well made of quality materials. It is very comfortable with a wide toe box.

I LOVE these shoes! I under pronate or supinate plus I have wide feet, so our local running store recommended Brooks Glycerins years ago and I’ve never been disappointed! I am thankful that they are designing them with subtle colors now! These go perfectly with Figs Dark Harbor scrubs!

This is my 4th pair of Brooks, but my first pair of Glycerins. These are my absolute favorite style! I’m on my feet for 8 hours/day and these are incredibly comfortable. Seriously like walking on clouds! I will purchase these again in the future!
