These will get road tested. I wore lace adjusted 8M in Glycerin 17, my favorite Glycerins. My slightly wide foot needs 8W in the Glycerin 19. The 8M wasn't a remote possibility. The 8M is cutest naturally, because, you know, wide ... in black with white sole this model is simple and clean lined enough to pair with regular street outfits for kind of a retro Nike look. They have pretty good bounce and arch support, but my beat up Glycerin 17 is better. No seems or anything jabbing into food anywhere. For context, my favorite Brooks of all time is Transcend 4. Not too squishy, not too hard, great propel forward. I returned Hoka Bondi 7, Hoka Clifton 8 right out of box. Too stiff, good arch support, but the arch edge in both models had a hard edge that cut into my instep, I could feel it through socks. So no point road testing and ruining for someone else. Saucony Endorphin Pro and Kinvara also returned same day. Uppers uncomfortable. Thank you whomever returned the ones I'm wearing ... one lace one lace loose :) ... for packing and returning with excellent care. I really don't mind getting a quick try on return. Thank you Zappos for try on option! I will give a road test review in time.

This is my first Brooks and I am usually size 8 on regular shoes and 8.5 on nike but I got 8.5 Wide on Brooks. It is comfortable without breaking in, but I can see why one of the reviewers said that the back of this shoes are like made of cheese grater. It was a bit hard so I ordered size 9 W, but I kept 8.5 W and I am satisfied with the fit. I walk 1.5 hour walks and I can see why they call it "glycerin," it glides very smooth. I hope it comes in more subtle colors more casual-business wearable colors too.

loved the fit except for it was too too shallow in the toebox so hurt my big toes. was so disappointed.

The Glycerin 19 in Black in the size 9 fit true to size for me - but sadly the arch support was missing. The Navy 9.5's last did not match my foot at all. The Navy 9's too small. Just cant get the goldilocks combo right for this style. At least I bought 2 pairs of 17's. Guess I will wait for the Glycerin 20's.

I’ve been wearing Glycerins for years. I’m not a runner, but I log serious walking miles in my sneakers. The 19s ran small and narrow on me. I had to go a half size up to get the fit I’m used to in these shoes. But they’re holding up well to a ton of outdoor miles.

The shoe was very comfortable and fit true to size. My reason for returning it was the thin mesh material on top. I felt like my big toe would come crashing through early in the life of the shoe, so I exchanged them for something with a non-mesh top.

Really cute and super comfortable! Unfortunately, I got a blister on the back of one of my heels the first time trying them outside. I suspect this has more to do with my feet than the shoes. I am bummed as I have large feet and it is hard for me to find good (and cute) shoes in women’s sizes.

Even Zappos said to order 1/2 size up, it was not enough. Should have been full size up. Returned

Sadly, I will be returning these. The feel was really nice. They look really nice on. They were just a tiny bit short in the length. I am trading them in for a longer length.

incredibly, the laces are too short! I’m gonna need to buy much longer laces.

Very little if any cushion of the foot bed. Extremely rigid. Shoes returned, will go back to my prior Brooks model

Great support and comfort. Runs a half size too small. Preferred the style and look of the Addiction 14, so kept those instead.
