The quality and comfort of these boots have gone down. I own many cole haan shoes, and these are uncomfortable to the ankle when I tie them up, most likely the location of the area where it ties up. Also the boot does make a squeak sound form the boot as I am walking. I also have some great ideas of designs and different color combinations. Please feel free to respond back if any one is interested in my ideas. Thank you.

Not good for standing long hours. I had a zerogrand waterproof boot before this one. It's sole was very cushiony and comfortable but this one's sole is kind of hard rubber and may be because of that it is hard on the heels . I feel my feet tired when i wear it.

Those boots have a very cool design and style but the overall quality is below the average quality of the brand. Somewhere disappointing.

Good quality, but about a full size larger than its non boot version. The ankle area isn't really supportive by design and flares out at the top.

The boots are cool, but the soles are hard. For the price I was expecting a more comfortable sole and more arch.

Service was great shoes hurt my feet

The shoes are comfortable but the shoe strings that they come with are thin and short. When tying your shoe you barely get a good grip on the string itself. Which makes tying the shoe hard and it makes you feel like you barley got a good knot on the shoe.

Cool looking but functional? The lacing doesn't go to the top so the foot kinda slides around and then the forefoot is too narrow so the look is cool but the design needs help. These are being returned

Great leather looks like a quality boot just has a narrow front tight on the toes

It's an OK Boot. Nothing to special about it. There are better options out there.

These were my 4th pair of hiker boots. The quality of the leather is less on these boots vs my previous two. I bought them in black this year as well. I'm okay with them in black because the lack in quality doesn't show. Please charge more and bring the leather quality back.

Nice looking boot, however not very well insulated and shoestrings are cheap. Very thin and tough to hold in place when lacing.

Stylish, yet not comfortable at all, width fit is bad even for average feet.

Very comfortable. Very stylish. Fits true to size. My big complaint, though, is the traction is horrible in the snow.

Loose ankle . Not what a boot should be

These boots are fine for walking on paved surfaces or dry trails but are awful on damp or muddy trails. There is no traction at all. They are very comfortable, but of limited usefulness.

A decent boot but I wish it had another set of shoelace hooks above the top ones. They are uncomfortable without it, so I wrap the laces around the boot. They have good grip, look nice, and are durable.

3.5 stars only because there just not my style.

There isn't a done of padding in the insole of the boot. I hope as I work them in that they will feel more comfortable and the padding will get softer.

Eyelets are now leather instead of metal and the top eyelets of the boot are no longer there so you can't tighten the boot for ankle support. I'm taking the boots to a shoe repair shop and have some eyelets put on so the boot will perform like the previous model.

They are very long!! I normally wear a 9 or 8 1/2 wide. I have tried the 8 1/2 W and 8 W and still too long. I have ordered the 7 1/2 and seven, so hopefully one of those will work.Hard to rate. I really like the look, so that's a 5, but I have had to return multiple times and am still trying to find a pair that fit.

Nice boots, very comfortable with a couple of exceptions. The lacing doesn't go to the top of the boots, they stop short of the collar which I'm sure is by design but makes it a challenge for nicer pants to fall over the top. Only other exception is they were a bit narrow but loosened up after a few wears. Great for sloppy winter days.
