Horrible boots. Made of plastic. Make my feet hurt. Bad mistake to have purchased these cheap boots.

I really don't Like how these feel

Quality has degraded over years

The front of the inside would get wet during rainy days and snowy days

Boots were woren they had creases in them on arrival

These are the worst Cole Haan shoes I've ever purchased. Very cheap and uncomfortable feeling compared to other Cole Haan's I've purchased. I threw them in the garbage...literally.

I bought this shoe about a month ago. It is a decent shoe, but the main reason I bought this shoe was because it stated it was waterproof. I went to Portland for vacation and it was raining. Within 15 minutes my socks were wet. I like the style and comfort, I just dislike that they advertise that is waterproof and it is not. I would say this shoe is water resistant, but not waterproof.

I wanted to replace the product but the replacement process was a hassle. So I decided to keep the pair even though I don't like them.

Boots look great but not water proof. Wore in the snow for the first time and feet got wet

Unfortunately this "waterproof" boot leaked water through the front. This happened within the first week that I started using it. Unacceptable and disappointing. If there was a zero star rating, I would readily choose that.

More stylish than functional, not designed appropriately

Fell apart after one wear

Not Impressed. too big around the upper portion. Very Loose and Uncomfortable

There is a squeaking noise in the right boot

This footwear is the only Colehann footwear that I own that is not comfortable and I own 10 pair.

Very small and tight

So far so good, confortable, true to size.

To be honest the shoe is not as nice as the photos, it's big, clumsy and not comfortable at all.quite disappointing

Fashion style over quality. The M last was too narrow. The W last boot I exchanged for is too wide. I'm forced to use only boot socks when wearing this pair. The leather is stiff and unforgiving. I have/still own a fair sample collection of Cole Haan footwear. This pair is not the best foot forward! Well, at least they're waterproof.

The toe box is very narrow. I have shoe trees in them but may return if they don't stretch.

Overall a bad fitting Boot!!

Product was not true to size, unable to wear comfortably.

They look nice but to narrow

The boots are huge, no where near the standard size of their other shoes. Now I'm stuck with a pair of boots that are way to big, even though my other Cole Haan shoes fit perfect.
