The tongue was very uncomfortable and doubles up over the top of the foot so when they are tied, they put pressure on the foot. I would not buy these. I have 14+ pair of Cole Haan and the others are all excellent. Just a design flaw

Beautiful shoe. Light, functional. Absolutely awful blisters from stiff heel and odd reinforcement location on heel. Have a previous model, and this new model has weird laces location where it does not go enough up boot, so you can't tighten the boot quite how you'd like to.

Surprisingly not comfortable

Odd shoe - not very flattering with most pants and fits quite narrow at toe.

The quality is not what I expected from Cole Haan

No ankle support at all. The laces don't go high enough for it.

Not good quality as expected

Disappointed laces are not up high enough to pull tight enough around the ankle. This creates a gap when walking. Or putting pants over it is too large.

Fantastic style but a bit narrow and no support. Feet ache and should not be zero grand. I have other Cole Hans way more comfy

A little uncomfortable. More for the appearance than functionality. Have not tested out the waterproof claims.

Left side boot extremely tight, must take to shoe repair to try to stretch because I can't return.

Great quality boot as is true to Cole haan- but the color is not gray. This boot is definitely a muted purple, almost a lavender gray. The pictures don't convey that appropriately.

Own an older iteration of this boot and the current model doesn't compare. The lace hooks are too low and my ankles never feel secure. I'm constantly re-tying, damning the footwear gods for failing to take the trusted, beaten path.

I bought these about a month ago. Big selling point was the claim that the boots were waterproof. After very light wear, in slightly snowing conditions I discovered my socks were wet. While the leather upper seems waterproof, It appears the soles were not

The boot looks good and is lightweight but is not very comfortable as there is not much cushion. My feet usually hurt by end of the day and so I don't wear these unless I have to in rainy weather. Would not recommend.

Nice looking boots, but..

The opening os not broad enough for jeans to be tucked in and not narrow enough for the jeans to wrap around. Makes the overall look very messy

Love the boot and fit. After 5 times wearing the boot the bottom part of the sole came off. I will be contacting Cole Hann regarding this issue.

I wanted to like the boots, but they arrived scratched, scuffed and looked like they'd been worn. Still waiting on my refund

Not their best. Stiff and not nearly as comfortable as the other zero shoes from CH and definitely wouldn't use these to hike.

The boots are comfortable, as I have come to expect from Cole Haan. The leather is nice and they are good quality, however, these are NOT hiking boots as they are described. They look more like fashionable combat boots and they are more suitable for a night out in the city. They are also not very warm to combat the cold weather. I also caught a lot of grief from my wife and her friends that they look more like women's boots. I was really looking for waterproof hiking boots.

I received the boot and was excited as I love my Zerogrand dress shoes. These look unlike the picture and the tongue is poorly designed and rubs my foot on the top.....very disappointed.

comfort - super, however leather is very easily marks even with fingernails, disappointing

Shoe gets scratches very easily. Not very comfortable. Like the design though and sole of the shoe.
