Pros: Gorgeous boot/design. (Can't say enough about how good-looking these are in person!) Lightweight. Sole design makes that aspect comfortable right out of the box. Cons: Leather is more stiff than I expect for something at this price point. Lacing system stops well below the top of the boot, leaving a substantial gap between the collar of the boot and one's ankle. As a result, these provide virtually no ankle support. In addition, this seems like a very odd design choice on what is supposed to be a waterproof boot that many might wear in colder weather (and therefore end up with cold air and/or splashed water entering the boot through the top). Biggest issue for me that led to returning them is that in spite of the gap in the ankle, the edge of the tongue (which is entirely unpadded) lands right on my ankle bone and was painful.

These boots look great and can dress up a bit for certain work functions when the weather is bad. Note that they have a very narrow toe box compared to the heel/ankle area, still getting used to that feel and waiting to see if they loosen up a bit.

Extremely tight front foot, have to return. Overall construction seems okay if you can get it on sale. Wouldn't pay over $100 for these.
