Absolutely in love with these boots! They're comfortable, very cool looking and great price. They have a little less tread than I expected, otherwise these would be the perfect boot.

My wife was worried they were going to be too tight. Leather stretched perfectly and are now are one of her favorite pairs. They keep her feet warm and dry and go with most outfits.

Really like this show, but seems a little big. Will try a half size smaller. I bought the y'all version last year and really enjoyed them.

Does not seem slippery as some have indicated. Wish the insole was cushy.

These boots are similar to what I want. I purchased this shoe last year. It wears well, but the zippers angle or position does not allow easy on. I struggle with putting them on. For several years I was wearing the Dansie, maybe incorrect spelling, but I liked them more than this make. The dansie had a better slip on ease due to the zipper being positioned differently and the toe was more rounded, where this one is partial round with some pointiness to it. I need to buy another pair for work befor the end of the year. Wonder if I will have to return to this shoe. It wears well! But hard to put on than the previous shoes dansie. I try to stay with the Merrell brand because they are my favorite shoe! The dansie on the right and the Andover on the left.

I bought these to have a comfortable and waterproof boot, and have been reasonably pleased with them. They are quite tight to put on but no problem with a shoehorn. The grip on the sole isn't fantastic, but is acceptable, and I was really happy with the waterproof quality - until today. We are having a spell of warmish weather and snow is melting rapidly, leaving several inches of water roadside. Walking my dog today has left my right foot and sock wet. I'm not sure if there is a hole or a split, but this is a let-down and not what I was expecting from Merrel boots.

So, this has the potential to be my favorite new boot. I'm a huge Merrell hiking boot fan, and when I saw fashion booties, I flipped my lid. They are comfortable, they grip enough to handle the Minnesota winter ice, and they are hella cute. I'm very much considering buying two more pairs because its the kind of bootie that I want to make sure I have for years to come. However, because the zipper does not go to the base of the shoe, getting your foot into these boots is a process. I have giant boat feet (these are great for a wider foot!) but even in tights, pulling these on is a struggle because there is about an inch and a half between the base of the shoe, and there the zipper ends. The salesperson that I bought these from also noted that this was an issue, and that it had lead her to get a taller version with a smarter zipper placement instead. I wanted something short, and am ultimately extremely happy with my purchase, but did the 4/5 because of the design flaw. I'm hoping yall get a few of these reviews and make a slight change. I will be first in line to buy more pairs if that is the case!
