These are comfortable, especially with my own insoles. I got a pair in black which I kept and then bought them in brown. I decided to return the brown, because they're just kind of clunky looking without much interest or detail on the part that shows under your pantleg. I debated about it for quite a while though!

Reasonably comfortable. It probably has enough arch support for most people, but I need an insert with them. They do seem to be fairly waterproof.

These would get five-stars except for the zipper. The opening location makes them hard to put on. There is nothing to grab onto to pull the shoe. Perhaps the zipper could be placed closer to the arch. They are so comfortable.

Originally ordered in a 6, had to exchange for a 6.5 because I couldn't get the 6 on while wearing thin socks. 6.5 fits well. Agree with the reviews that say the zipper is in a weird place, but maybe as the leather softens up they'll be easier to pull on? That said, they are very comfortable and look cute with skinny jeans and leggings. They are better looking in person than in pictures. I haven't tested the waterproofing, but I have a pair of Merrell hiking boots that are wonderful even in icy slush or crossing creeks, so I'm not too worried about that.

These run a bit wide, like most Merrells. I was about to return them for being too wide in the heel, but found that if I put an orthotic inser in the heel they fit perfectly and of course had plenty of room in the toe box (unlike their competitors). Win!

Felt half size too large. color is more yellow orange than a solid lighter brown. Comfortable with good support. had to order the next size down and fits well. definitely the better size. tried the dark brown and it's too dark, not quite a black, so am returning for lighter color & correct size. prefer a stronger contrast.

I only wear Merrell sneakers, shoes and hiking boots. I was so happy to get theses Andover bluff boots in light brown. They are comfortable, but any little thing can scratch the top surface of the boot. Don't even know if it can be brushed out

Not quite as cute on as they are in all the pics. ordered half size down like reviews said and nope the half size down was too small. Need my regular size. I love the toe width and found another Born I like better.

First off, I love this brand. I have two pairs of Merrell boots that I wear whenever we get a cool day here in Florida. Although I love the style of this pair, i find them to be extremely stiff. For this reason, I'm returning them.

I ordered these Merrell Andover in Sand which was not my first choice in color, but the only color Zappos had in my size. The booties fit well and accommodated my plantar fasciitis and a neuroma that has recently developed. However, the light colored sand were delivered with scuff marks and what looked like a small dot from a pen. I found the espresso and black in my size from Amazon so I am returning these and ordering a pair in black from Amazon. I love Zappos but at least Amazon & Zappos are related

The size, comfort, style, all of it is great! The only issue I have is that I ordered the 'sand' color, and I got a 'Mocha' color. I would have rather had the 'Sand' color, but not enough to send it back and exchange it.

I used to be a HUGE Merrells fans, and I had a few pairs of Merrells that I have been mourning for years because I loved them so much and I couldn't replace them. Lately, though, the quality has gone down, and I've had some Merrells that were so painful I couldn't wear them for even 10 minutes. When I saw these boots, I decided to try Merrells ONE more time, and I'm so glad I did! These are comfortable, well made, and reasonably good looking. I've been wearing them every day in cold and rain without problems. I did pay attention to other reviewers and ordered a half size down, and they fit perfectly.

The toe box was very wide and weirdly shaped. Sometimes boot makers think you're always wearing thick socks and size loosely, but I don't want my feet to look like I'm a Hobbit.

Nice boot and I will keep it for winter since it is waterproof .. the boot is hard and bothers me at the leg where it hits. Bought these for a long trip abroad but will not take them with me because not comfortable enough to wear for long flight and too heavy to pack.

I really liked the style and quality of this boot, but the fit was not comfortable for me. It was a bit tighter at the width near the big toe. I did not have time to return and try the half size larger. I will check out the Merrell boots in the furture.

I do love the look of this boot on and it is very comfortable for my slim foot. BUT the zipper is definitely in the wrong place. It should be moved forward to be located more at the arch area of the foot. I can imagine some people would not be able to get them on at all. And it is difficult for me but I love the look so much that I am willing to put in the extra effort. I will continue to buy Merrell because of the quality and confort.
