A must have if you pronate. A little heavy but insanely stable. Perfect for heavier individuals. Without a doubt the most stable shoe on the market.

My husband loves them. Had to go back to Beast because ASICS nimbus not the same anymore.

This is my 3rd pair...love them. While they are expensive, I have found no other shoe with the same quality and support.

These are the only shoes I can wear. I am crippled in my left ankle and the increased support in the heel make it to wear I can walk all day.

I normally wear a size 15D in most other brands but a 16D fits perfect in Brooks. I have tried other brands but Brooks are the best for my flat feet. I walk four miles a day and my feet think me for wearing Brooks. I have been rotating between the beast and addiction and I like both of them.

75 years old and I have used the Beasts for a couple decades. Great shoes, good cushioning and support and they work against pronation, which wrecks your knees. The '18 model, is as good or better than previous models for me.

My husband loves these shoes. They were recommended to him by his foot doctor. This is his second pair and I am ready to order another for him !

I wear orthotics for very flat feet in my 15 4E shoes. I like them, but I do wish there were more casual options in similarly supportive shoes.

True to size.

6'3, 235, size 15 4E and have worn Brooks Beast over a year. I have been very happy with them. I tried Brooks Adrenaline which felt very comfortable at the house. I then strained an arch after the first 3 miles. I'm happily back to the Beast. Brooks Beast are well made shoes that last with just the right amount of cushioning and support for me. First, thank you ZAPPOS for your easy return process and policy! 6'3" 235, size 15 4E here and trying on shoes at the local running store is a waste of time. They don't stock them in my size. My first Brooks were Addictions which I enjoyed, and they held up really well. However, I did buy inserts for them to help with cushioning. Few years later I bought the Beast after reading reviews. The Beast did not need the cushioning inserts...really comfortable well built shoes. I was going to reorder the Beast, but both styles had been redesigned since I last bought. I also wanted to try the Adrenaline which was recommended for me on Brooks' site shoe finder. The Adrenaline's are much lighter than the Beast and Addiction. Comfort and cushioning are similarly excellent on both the Adrenaline and Beast, so I went with the Adrenaline's. Time will tell if they hold up as well as my old Beasts. I have lived with flat feet for more than 70 years and these BROOKS BEASTS are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have relatively flat feet and found these very comfortable. Many other shoes cause the arch of my foot to ache, these don't.

Size 10 was true to fit. This shoe was instantly comfortable. No break in period needed. Really happy with this selection. This brand/model was recommended to me and I am happy to note that it has brought relief to my PF like symptoms. My only recommendation is to the overall manufacturers of running shoes, in general. Please offer a model/color scheme that doesn't' look like a running show (i.e. reflective colors, multiple colors, and materials, etc.). 0.0 I don't run, but enjoy benefitting from a show that provides this type of foot support.

This is my 5th pair of these same shoes and all have been exactly what I expected.

A terrific improvement over the '16 and '14 models. Great arch support.

Very comfortable shoe!

Great shoe, very stabilizing for those of us who over pronate. I wear these to work, and another pair to the gym. Won't waste my time on any others.

These shoes offer great support, I have had one knee replaced and these offer firm support and comfort when walking for a long period on concrete. I have never had a bad experience with a Brooks product.
