Shoe is great. Leather seems to have a slight "krinkle" to it so I'm not sure if I'll keep them.

Cute with average comfort. Runs big. I wear an 8 or 8.5, had to reorder 7.5. In the process they ran out of red which is what I really wanted.

I (almost) always wear a size 8; in these, I need a 7.5 - go figure! I really like the blue color, but don't care for how low they dip on the sides - socks? no socks? skinny jeans? jeans wide enough to cover all but the toe? I'm returning these, and waiting for the Born Sylvia in blue to come back in stock.

Discomfort on top of foot due to high arch (personal foot) and room in shoe to accommodate.

I have this shoe in size 10 navy suede and LOVE it! ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. I ordered it in the black leather in the exact same size and it's too small. I can't get the darn things to zip up even though my foot fits in the foot bed. I think because it is leather it isn't as soft and it doesn't give to zip up in the back. It's a real shame because in size 10's Born doesn't make a 10.5 and an 11 is going to be too big. It's a great shoe if you get the size right. Going Back. So sad.

These are quite comfy, true to size, and should make a good autumn bootie. Do note that your socks will likely be visible, as the side dips are quite low.

I shopped around for a bootie that is both stylish and comfortable and found it in the Born Kerri Bootie. I love it and it's super comfortable!

Oh my gosh, these boots are even cuter in person. I got the cenere ones and the color was awesome. Unfortunately, I must return. My foot is really wide (bunions) and these were just too narrow across my footbed. I am really disappointed because these boots would go with EVERYTHING.

These boots are really good looking, but my feet didn't like them. The toe was a bit too pointy, aggravating the neuroma - so disappointing, so back they go.

I bought these at a regular retail store since they were on sale (sorry Zappos!). The Cenere color is an unusual taupe/tan neutral which I will be pairing with navy, brown, and burgundy. The coloring on the toe is slightly darker which gives it a nice flair. Although the toe has a slight point, the toe box is roomy and doesn't pinch on my bunion. I have narrow heels and they come out of the boot slightly when I walk, but it feels surprisingly like a natural walking pattern due the cut-out design of the shoe. My feet feel secure so I'm not worried about a tripping hazard when the weather gets snowy. Arch support could be improved which is disappointing for those of us who remember how Born used to provide excellent arch support in their shoes.

Well, I didn't listen to the other reviews and bought my regular size. They are HUGE...even with my insoles in them. And, huge in 11 is NOT a good thing, they looked like clown shoes! But, if you can find the right size, they are pretty cute and probably comfy.

This is a very good product, like nearly all Born shoes and boots. I had very specific targets in purchasing a new pair of Borns. I am replacing an older pair of Born booties ("Cyndi" if I remember correctly), that I just adored - a low boot, with low heel and slightly rounded toe, lightweight, suitable for wearing with slacks or long skirts. So far, the Kerri is the closest I have come to the goal. It is heavier in construction than I wanted, and to be honest, I find the long pointy toes ridiculous - but my spouse says he doesn't notice them and they don't make me look like a cowboy-clown. I LIKE the dip on the inner and outer surface of the ankle - the better to show off my Smartwool socks! The zipper up the back of the heel is an interesting touch, and I do not find it at all uncomfortable (though I haven't taken a long hike in them yet). The fit is as usual.

These look pink but are delivered white. They are cute. I am a size 8 but they were too small. I do have a wide foot so if you have thin foot maybe the sizing is right.

I read some of the reviews about the heels wearing away quickly and then looked at the pair I purchased and realized they were already wearing away - I don't know if they are supposed to look distressed, but the boots are too expensive to have the heels show through white quickly. I love Born boots, but realized I have a couple of pairs that have the same issue.

I was so hoping I would love these booties after looking for so long. I ordered my usual size in taupe. The color actually looks more gray (who needs more gray in winter?). The booties fit strange, fine at the heel but then getting larger as they go up the foot feeling a bit like clown shoes. Returned.

If you have high arches, these are not the boots for you. I have purchased many Born products and liked that they were wide enough to work with my high arches. I even bought a half-size up on these. My foot wouldn't go far enough in so that I couldn't even zip them up on the back and had a good two plus inches of shoe in front of my toes. Loved the look of the boots, have to return. Save yourself the work if you have the same foot issue.

The elastic on sides do not provide support of any kind- makes this ankle boot too wide. Foot slips out when walking

The overall length of boot makes it look like you are wearing a boot that is 2 inches longer than you need. I wear a 6, this boot looks like I’m in an 8 or 9.

The first pair I received was covered with scratches. I know this is a distressed look but should not have been scratched up in addition. Also the zipper on the left boot was extremely difficult to zip up. Maybe they sent me a used pair. I sent them back and ordered another pair. The second pair came without scratches and both zippers were good. The coloring wasn't as nice as the first pair which had more contrast but I kept them because the zipper was good and they weren't scratched. They are very comfortable and feel good on my feet when standing and I like the amount of support and padding in the sole. The reason I gave "comfort" 3 stars is because although comfortable when standing, they are not comfortable when walking. My heel comes up and I clunk on every step from heel to toe. Maybe the sole is stiffer than other boots I have since this is more of a cowboy style.

Unfortunately, the boot is just slightly too small. Shame, as I like the boot.

Zipper broke the first time I wore them. I expected much better quality for the price.
