Love the look and the feel but the quality is poor; look completely worn out and beat up after 3 wears. Will not last.

These boots aren't even close to be cute, comfortable or well made. They are stiff, clunky, so shallow my heels slipped out with every step and the toes slightly curled up so I looked like an elfish cowgirl. They looked cheap, like discount store materials. I expected wayyy better of Born. Either these are a fluke, or the Born quality is shot.

Fit and size are perfect, but toe very pointy and upturned.....they look like cowboy boots....must return.

I have 2 pairs of the Kerri's, both suede. Both most comfortable. I wanted a leather pair, but these didn't have the 'give' that my other pairs have, so they were tight across the bend of the foot. Had to return them.

This was my 3rd pair of Born Kerri booties, purchased from Zappos. Very disappointed in this pair. The leather has stretched and feel like they are at least an entire size larger. I wore them maybe twice, and they are just to big. Since I already own two pair of the suede, and have had no problems, I didn't keep my box. So I cannot return them. I have never had any problems with Born shoes, I absolutely love them. However, this time, I'm stuck with a pair of booties I can't wear.

I received a pair of boots that had obviously been a previous return. The sole of one boot was dirty and there was a scuff mark on the toe where it had been tried on and repackaged...This was my first zappos order and I was disappointed to say the least...Love the boot, but expect a NEW and never worn appearance in what I receive...I am returning these ASAP for a full refund.
