Toe was little wide for my narrow foot, but okay VERY WHITE. Would have bought in light gray if they had it Like the shoe very much

I especially like the fact that there's plenty of room in the front part of the shoe. The medium size gave me extra width in front where I need it so that my toes don't get crushed.

Received these today. They are more periwinkle than grey. Larger overall in size than I was expecting, wide, very light, stiff, not much cushioning. Was hopeful about them, however, they run small and are about a half size too small. Returning them.

I really wanted to like these. They were quite comfortable. But the 7's were a bit too small for me and the 7.5's were slightly too large. My only other concern was that my feet would get too hot. There's no mesh like many athletic shoes so these don't really breath too well. I also didn't love the shoe laces...too thin. I felt like I was going to break them when I tied my shoes. Overall, though, it's very possible I would've kept them if they had fit properly.

This shoe has a removable liner and is deep enough to accommodate my custom orthotics. The toe box is wide enough for my wide foot. It is not quite as supportive or comfortable as some of my other New Balance walking shoes but so much more stylish. The color is more of a periwinkle than gray.

Very comfortable breathable shoe. Won't be so hot in the summer as all leather shoes. Support is ok, but not as good as I have found with Brooks Addiction shoes.

The fit seems well and the wide was wide enough for my feet. The heel was soft for shock absorbing, but oddly sunken feeling. The black was not a bad look for a walking shoe. Unfortunately, they have a slip resistant looking sole but they are not at all. Very slippery on wet hard surfaces.

Feels like it will be a great shoe--it just doesn't fit. If you're on the line between Reg and Wide fit, I would recommend going with the Wide. I'm also going to reorder a half-size larger.

I wanted these to work- very nice-looking. The 10.5W was too big, and the 10W was very narrow- I don't think it was a wide at all. Trying a different model of NB this time.

They are a very comfortable shoe. I have to use an orthodic insert and it fits great. My only complaint is they are not a true gray. When I wear then with gray they look blue.

A summer weight New Balance walking shoe. Comfortable, but not a lot of support if that's what you're looking for. Fits true to size and attractive.

It's a very comfortable shoe. True to fit size. Roomy toe area. I did have issues when I walked my 21/2 miles on pavement. The heel was cushiony enough but the ball of your feet area isn't as cushiony as I wanted them to be. I even put in an orthotic insert and it still didn't help. Keeping them just for casual going to town wear because I love this light gray color (although more of a light purple ish blue) it goes well with my jeans and casual wear and doesn't have all those funky wild bright colors all over it like most sport shoes have.

Good fit, comfortable shoe. I have a bunion and size matters. The wide is perfect and the soft sides of the shoe are a plus.

Pretty good shoes so far. The insoles they came with I replaced with a gel insert as I usually do. Nice wide toe box. Fit my feet well and good to wear while on my feet a lot. Just wish the insoles shoes come with (in general) could be better.

These are the shoes that I have been hunting for, at a price that is lower than I expected: they are extremely comfortable with a big toe box for my awful hammer toes. Zappos got them to me in record time, and I am very happy with them. Thank you, Zappos!

I have the worst time finding shoes for my unequal sized feet. One foot is almost a full size smaller. The other has a bunion. I have very high arches, toes affected by arthritis and a history of plantar fasciitis. I need a wide toe box and extra height for my crooked toes. Even shoes I have had luck with in the past are now too tight on the top. This shoe was a last resort for me, and I am so glad I didn't give up on my search, because I'm very happy with the fit. There's plenty of room for my toes, even with my orthotic. I wish there was more arch support in the shoe itself, but since the rest of it is so comfortable, I'm very happy with this style.

This was my fourth attempt to fit my narrow heeled size 8½ foot. A New Balance customer for decades, I had been having trouble with either uncomfortable seams, or a swimmingly large sizing. These sneakers fit true, and are a no-fuss solution. The only thing that I would like to see is improved arch support.

The shoe is comfortable, sole is a bit stiff. Seems like this is a low-end product of new balance reflected in the price. I do like that the toe box is generous and there are no seams in the front of the shoe to rub on bunions. Over-all a nice comfortable shoe for the money.

The shoes were wider than the "narrow" would have suggested, and the arch was not as supportive as I wished such that I had to add orthotics to the padding already in the shoe. The color is actually more blue than gray, but certainly acceptable. I would not recommend this shoe for someone with narrow feet.

Not as comfortable as most New Balances I've had in the past. Not sure if it was the style or what but after wearing NB for over 15 years this was surprising.

These seem really clunky; they are supposed to be narrow but did not seem narrow to me, and less narrow than the Saucony ProGrid in medium! The style makes your feet look huge and there is poor/no arch support. Disappointed compared with past New Balance experience. They are also considerably larger in all dimensions than my old New Balance in the same size.

It fit, but wish it was a little wider

The shoe is priced well. However, the toe of the shoe is rounded so much that it looks like a medical shoe. Needs a little more "style" to it. Returning it for something else that has a nicer look.

Returning these shoes. Color indicated is grey, but the shoes are really blue with a little grey trim. On me, the left shoe felt too short. Will be at UPS tomorrow.
