I am still wearing these shoes around the house, trying to decide if I am going to keep them. They are a comfortable shoe, but they are slipping on my heel. I can take the shoe off without even untying them. I want them to work for me, but I am still uncertain. The one thing I will say is that the laces are very cheap. New Balance are too much of a quality brand to put such cheap laces in their good shoes.

I already own these shoes in the blue/lavender color and they fit perfectly. However, these felt a lot tighter across the toe box, perhaps because they are leather and not fabric as my original pair are. They also don’t look as cute as my original pair and look far more “industrial”.

Sadly, I had to return these due to the heel slipping as previously reported.

I ordered this shoe after reading reviews that talked about a large toe box. However, this shoe felt short to me -- and it was a 10AA. I have been ordering New Balance shoes in 10 (with socks) and they have fit, even though I thought I was still a 9 1/2. Sadly, this shoe went back. I'm not sure it's sized properly.

These shoes fit okay, but they are very, very stiff. When i tried them on and walked around my house it felt like I was wearing army boots. I recently ordered the Ryka Dash 3 and they are exactly what i was looking for. Thank you Zappos!

Too short, surprised as this size always fits in NB.

I usually wear a wide in New Balance- this style was just a little too sloppy in the shoe box area. Otherwise I love Zappos and the brand of shoe.

Fit to loose around the ankle - each step back down pushed my socks down.

These are much better looking in person, but they just didn't fit. The heel area was way to wide. I got both a 7.5 and an 8 and ended up having to return both. They just seemed to fit very oddly in the heel.

I wear a narrow shoe and this is really too wide for me. They are comfortable to just walk around in, but when I'm really moving or working out, my foot slides around.

I have a flat foot and this shoe doesn't have enough arch support.

I have a narrow foot, 2A, and New Balance used to be my go-to brand. Not anymore. These were too wide and the heels slip. I was hoping to find a good walking shoe, but will be sticking with my Mizuno running shoes. They fit so much better and are overall more comfortable.

I have very long toes,so my foot is always hard to fit as shoes tend to taper the toe box,however,this style really pinched. Not the best NB style I've tried

Toes seem roomy enough but these shoes still squeezed in on the widest part of my foot. Sticking to the 847v2 for now.

Always buy NB for sneakers. I just wanted these for indoor support. Ordered my usual size,usual wide width, but too narrow. Disappointed in NB

They were too wide for a N, and the seen at the toe hit right where it would rub for me.

Nice look but felt larger than a 6.5.

I had high hopes for this shoe after reading all the reviews. By everyone's description I thought it would meet my needs of a shoe with a high instep and a high, wide toe box with lots of cushioning. But it did not. I have hallux rigidus and metatarsalgia in my right foot. As a result I wear orthotics. they just didn't work in this shoe. It wasn't deep enough and didn't have the amount of cushioning my feet need. Fora person with average feet and no major problems it would be a good walking shoe. I'm returning them.

I wear a 8 1/2 regular shoe but have to order a full size larger for athletic shoes. Even though I ordered a 9 1/2N , it slips in the heel. I am so frustrated because I've order 7 or 8 pairs of sneakers in the last couple of months and none of them fit (New Balance, Brooks, Saucony, Nike). I have never had this much trouble before. Thank goodness Zappos has free shipping/free returns. I'm about ready to give up.

runs at least half size smaller than other NB shoes... did not like color.. like a lilac vs grey. Did not fit.

While I normally have great success with New Balance, I'm very disappointed in these sneakers. I walk five to seven miles every day, and after about four months of use, they are completely falling apart on the inside. In addition, I don't feel like I have any support - it almost feels like I'm walking barefoot. The style and color is nice, and it fit well - just feels like it's not made well. It's a shame.

These are lilac blue. Not grey. They fit big. They are a more substantial shoe than the Reeboks I ordered. They do have the extra lacing hole for narrow ankles. They are not as "cool" looking at the Reeboks either.Lots of padding around the ankles. And a good solid heel for wear and tear. I'm not sure I am going to keep them.

New Balance shoes no longer fit my feet. I need a larger toe box and this model does not work for me.

I need a wide toe box these did not fit properly. I feel my toes scrunching together. Not comfortable very hard.
