I buy my shoes a half size large and wide because of my orthotic inserts and hammertoes. This style shoe runs small so even though I ordered up, it is too snug.

Hi I just purchased these sneakers but will be returning them because they don't offer enough support, the good thing about them is they were finally wide enough being a 4E, but I will go a half size larger for more wiggle room in the toe area.

Disappointed in the misrepresentation of the width. There is no way these were extra wide! I always buy that width at the New Balance stores, were these seconds? They were barely wide. Come on New Balance !

My disability requires specific features in a shoe which have been present in every pair of NB that I've worn. This particular style lacks any element of an arch support, and the grommets for the laces are placed closer to the toes than to the leg, causing me to walk out of the shoe even when tied.

So disappointedI have many NB shoes in this size. When I opened the box, I could see these shoes were not of comparable quality. When I tried them in, there was open space on either side of tonguenot sized correctly.

I really like the appearance/style of these shoes but the hurt the outer edges of my feet if I walk in them for very long. I have high arches and problems with foot supination. These shoes do not support my arches.

Very disappointed with this shoe. The fit was similar to shoes costing a fraction of this shoe. I have been buying New Balance for years. Unlike most US manufacturers, they used an American foot last to construct their shoes, not an Asian one (tighter thru toes, overly wide heel cup). That is not the case now. Interestingly, I buy a pair for exercise and a black pair for work. The black pair was very different and much more uncomfortable and cheap appearing than the white pair. That was not the case 6 months ago

I didn’t realize these actually had regular shoe laces, strike 1. I have a high instep and I immediately didn’t like the feel of that, shoe fits way snugger allegedly this is a wide 11 and certainly doesn’t feel that way also my toe was hitting the front of the shoe. I am actually a 10 so I always order a size up for more room

I was looking for New Balance walking shoes that are waterproof but the style of these is more like work shoes - stiff and not cushioned - than the walking shoes I'm used to . Also really unattractive.

The only redeeming thing about these shoes was plenty of room in the toe box. Arch support was non-existent and it felt like walking in a cheap pair of generic shoes. I expected better from NB. I've worn their shoes for years. This style fell far short of my expectations.

The shoe is wide enough, but the toe box is so low that is scrapes the tops of my toes. And they are very unattractive no the foot. They look like platypus feet! Do not recommend. Would return if I could.

Sorry. These do not fit correctly. I will be returning them. I cannot buy shoes without trying them on. Even when in hand, it can be difficult. I just bought a pair of New Balance totally different style at a department store. There were three boxes that had my size listed, but two of them (I think they were the same style) were too tight. Fortunately, the third pair fit, and I will be using until I can find a black leather dressier shoe.

Way too short and tight. I wear size 10.5, measured well for these and they are way too small. Too late to return them. Disappointed that the same size as I always wear is a mis fit. When comparing them to my other NB, they really are shorter. They will be going to Goodwill. .

I ordered a half size bigger than I normally wear, no wiggle room in toe box. The support is flat-non existent. I need to put a support cushion under the flat "arch". Expensive when you cannot wear them right out of the box.
