I am disappointed with these shoes because they are very "stiff" and uncomfortable. They feel too short because of the composition of the material. I had hoped they would be a softer shoe.

Needs more Height in entire toe box but especially by the pinkie toes - but the actual width is fine. It is like the arch support goes all the way across the shoe instead of just in the arch area, which does not feel good to me - however this is true for OBOZ hiking shoes and boots and that does not seem to bother younger women. The shoe does not have enough padding – a hard but flexible sole.

Not so good. I have very low arched, different sized (8.5 and 8.75) narrow feet, so I am a challenge to fit. These shoes gripped my upper feet in a way that hurt. They may have been a good fit in time, but I didn't want to risk my money so I returned them. Hope they work out for someone else!

I’d love to give these shoes the benefit of the doubt, but considering that I couldn’t even wear them around the house when I ordered them, I can’t. I ordered my normal shoe size and width, which is a medium width, and I could barely fit my feet in the shoes. I tried them on with socks, since that’s how I would normally wear them, and the shoes were far too tight and uncomfortable. My toes were right at the tips of both shoes and there was no room at all to wiggle them. The width was also very narrow throughout the whole shoe. Granted, there’s excellent arch support and heel support, but if I were you I’d order a larger size.

Looking for a black shoe to replace and old pair of WW811's. I ordered my normal size 6.5 EE and these were too tight. Wish they still made the 811's. I have New Balance 877SB that fit great in 6.5 EE. I'll keep looking at black shoes.

I ordered these Walking Shoes including the brand because my Specialist Foot Doctor strongly prescribed them. I did not find them very helpful for my condition of flat feet or alleviating impending other foot problems. They were not comfortable for me. My previous shoes that this doctor criticized are more comfortable. So, I returned the New Balance Walking shoes.

I tried this on in a shop before buying on line. The usual size 8.5 I wear, felt fine in store. However, the one I received on line felt smaller. It also does not give my feet arch support. I replaced the insoles with orthotics which did not seem to help. It also rubbed my pinkie toe and caused blisters. I guess I just have problem feet

The shoe is cut a little high on the heel area, so rubs, very stiff and tight. May be ok once worn for awhile, but almost had blisters. Very hard to walk in because they were so stiff. Sure not like my Hush Puppies were. It's a shame Hush Puppie has changed their style and no longer has the good one's available.

Width is great through the toes, but can't tie the shoes tight enough to keep my heel in them. I find this happens with most New Balance.

2AA width still slipped at heel, returning.

the toe box is not deep enough. The sole is very hard. Liked the color, style and support. Will be returning.

I ordered an 8 1/2 2A. They are too small. All of my other NB are 8 1/2. The toe box is rounded instead of pointed and that is making it about a 1/2 size too small. Have to return them.
