The style I wear (860) was sold out in my size. Things I like: All leather uppers. (The fabric mesh design on the 860's get holes in the top of the shoe near (the big toe) Things I don't like: the heel is still too wide. I added Dr. Scholl heel inserts to help. For short distances, these are fine. For a longer walk, not so much. I still wear my old 860's for longer walks despite the holes!

The heel of this shoe, although it is 2A, was too wide. The rest of the shoe was of great construction and fit well.

Needed the shoe to fit with an orthotic. But too short so I returned it.

The 813 is comfortable for running errands around town and short strolls. In longer walks or runs, it would not provide the support and stability I need.

I do a lot of walking, the sneaker is great. Very comfortable.

I bought 2 pairs of the 813 at the same time. One in black, the other in the grey. The black were a perfect fit the grey rubbed at the small toe and no matter what I do , i have a hard time wearing this shoe. Any suggestions???

I really wanted something that i could slip into a little more easily but tighten up well. the velcro is too long (hangs way over) and doesn't tighten up sufficiently and the back heal part is actually too wide. i'll wear them around the house but they did not work great for walking. It's super hard to find a stability / walking shoe that is easy to get on and off.

Still didn't fit correctly. Will have to wait for stores to reopen.

I have worn New Balance Shoes exclusively for the past 10 yrs. I have always purchased 11W shoes and not once have I had an issue. This time my toes were right to the ends. Halfway through my shift as a nurse, I had to have my husband bring my other shoes. They were causing blisters on moth my big toes. Since I wore them, I know I can't return them. Which for the price is really sad. I will still continue to use New Balance exclusively, but I will now wait until the stores open back up to purchase shoes instead of ordering online.

I ordered my usual size, and these shoes pinch my toes. I have ordered NB in the past, so I was surprised at this. The shoes are very light weight, which I like.

I have a narrow heel but also very flat feet with an extra bone in arch area that is inoperable the middle of my foot is wide the toe box is not quite deep enough I usually wear 928 2A these cost a lot less than the 928 so I thought I d try the 813 I'm in a wheelchair and propel myself with foot power this condition I was born with I worked as a nurse for 35 years but the pain in my legs. I have been disabled since 2009 my finances have been greatly reduced to pennies from medicare not the manufacturer or the shoe it is my own difficult disability

Even though I got the widest size, my tors still feel pinched. Must be the style. Material is waterproof and good for the rain though.

I have fallen arches and these shoes are not as supportive as the 624's they sold in the past.

I have worn New Balance shoes for many years; however, this time I order the shoe in wide width size. The shoe is accurate in size, the wide width is too wide for me. The shoe is very well made.

These are a good shoe and ok, I just don't care for tennis shoes - especially all leather. Makes my feet sweat all the time. But this kind of shoe is what the doctor order.

The shoes are fine, but the 'hook and loop' were obviously the same length as for the medium and wide shoes, so for my more narrow shoes, they are way too long. Next time your designers work on this or other like shoes, they need to take that into consideration.

Comfy, but not true to size. Got a blister first time wearing them.
