I was happy with the shoes, especially with the width. It did feel a little shorter than I anticipated. I would recommend the shoe to others, especially those whose feet are inclined to turn inward. The support helps keeps the feet supported correctly.

These fit my feet except the heel was too wide. I wear a 12 Narrow and need a narrow heel.

This 4x shoe is not any wider than several 1x i already have.
I have trouble with little toe rubbing on the side.
On the other hand, it's well made and otherwise comfortable.

Even though I followed the directions on size, these were to be a half size larger than my last shoes (but were in white) and they were almost a half inch shorter on my right foot, so am going to have to return them.

I am wavering on these shoes. Recommended to try them from my orthotics maker so the lack of support is not as much of an issue since I'm adding support. They are super ugly and also look cheap, but more importantly, they are not cushioned very well. I'm moving from a Hoka for this test to get a wider shoe, so very few options would compare, but NB still needs to do better than this.

Nice looking sneaker. Very snug fit. Although it fit Foot wise it was very tight to put on. The problem coming around the base of the ankle. It was very uncomfortable around the ankle.

I always order wide width New Balance sneakers. They used to fit perfectly. The most recent pair I purchased feel narrow and tight and hurt my feet. The quality doesn't feel the same. My feet haven't changed in size so I can only guess it's the sneakers. Not sure what's changed but I'm so disappointed and my feet hurt!

Why is it so difficult to make more sneakers in 4E sizes???? I'm so limited in what I can buy ~ don't you think women with extra wide feet would like some more options with colors & styles?????

These New Balance shoes in a double wide felt really narrow compared to others from the company. I had trouble telling if the problem was actually the narrowness or the length or both. Trying find comfortable shoes with a wide forefoot and slender heel is really difficult, and when manufacturers keep changing their shoes it is hit or miss whether something will work. I have learned to start trying them before I actually "need" them. It is discouraging when a trusted company no longer fits in any style.

I was fitted for these shoes in store a number of years ago. This is my fourth pair, and they are now too small. Measured them against my old pair and there is an obvious difference both in length and width. I take a 4E so finding shoes is difficult in the first place.

I love New Balance products. I only wear NB. These sneakers are exactly what I like. The only problem
is they're a little too big but they are definitely wearable

Doesn't offer as much over all support as the 577 or the 928. I feel a little wobbly when walking on uneven ground (which is my whole neighborhood). Has more cushioning than the 577, which is great. The top/sides are low enough that they don't jam up into my ankle bone when I walk.

I purchased these because I couldn't get the style I normally get in my size. After wearing them to teach in for over a week I can hardly walk. The back of my feet are so sore I can hardly walk. I have tried tying my shoes tighter and looser. I've tried thic socks and thin socks. I've put bandades on my feet and nothing helps. I am very upset that I spent over $100.00 for a pair of shoes I can't wear.
