Disappointed because no padding in insole which is uncomfortable walking and shoe is quite stiff.

Although I ordered the same size as I usually do in New Balance shoes, this style was too short. I returned it. Sorry my first choice (928 in grey) has been discontinued and no longer available.

i think different manufacturers for NewBalance have different measuring tapes. The one style I prefer in (tan 9.5 2A) has been out of stock, and the recommendation for a substitute was duly ordered and arrived. Can't fit my foot in it. so I'm off to a physical shoe store to see what i can do. I had been buying that same style and size every year for six or seven years. or maybe longer.

I bought a pair about 10 months ago, liked them a lot. One of the buckles detached from the shoe (poor design) but I did wear them all the time. The new ones seem lighter weight, so assuming less quality. Paid full price so for the life span of this shoe, I'd say pricey.

This is a heavy and stiff shoe. I wanted a shoe with support for my daily walks of up to 5 miles, but this shoe is too heavy and too stiff to really walk long distances. I thought it would get more flexible and more comfortable with wearing, but it has not, and I find myself unmotivated to get out and walk when I even think about putting this shoe on. It's alright for wearing for daily activities, but not really for distance walking.

The front portion of the shoe, which was where I needed it to be wider fit wonderfully, the main issue was the middle of the shoe, which was squishing the middle of my foot and causing pain and discomfort. To add to that, that tongue of the shoe kept rolling inward. While they're not a bad shoe, they weren't for me and am waiting on my refund after shipping them back last week.

As a the proud owner of two very narrow feet I've worn NB for many years. It seems that recently that are running wider than they used to and when 'cinched' around my narrow foot they wrinkle and look ridiculous. Also, the toe box is so wide that the shoes makes my feet look silly. Sorry...going back again. My go-to walking shoe, for now, is Saucony. I think they only make one style in a narrow but it's comfortable and doesn't look odd.

I am a regular size 8 & even sometimes a 7 1/2. NB shoes must run small. All 4 pair in my order were 1/2 size too short. I also hoped that something would have changed. I have narrow feet & a very narrow heel. As in the past, this heel is too wide for me. :(.

These are my usual brand of sneakers for work. As a nurse I am on my feet all day. These sneakers come in extra wide, which makes them comfy. Unfortunately this time they were too short. I usually order 11 2E. I am not willing to move to 11.5 2E. so I say,”New Balance, What Happened?”

These sneakers run small. I bought my normal size, and they're uncomfy due to the fit. Go for a wide fit or go up a half size. Im exchanging mine for a wide fit. Hopefully I'll have better luck with that.

Beautiful shoe but I've worn the 577 New Balance shoe for a long time and it was a sure fit for me. This shoe was not. I shouldn't rate this shoe when there is nothing wrong with it, it just didn't fit me.

I bought the narrow and they are still too clunky and cloddy looking. I wish I would have returned them.

Shoes received in timely manner which was appreciated. The toe box was comfortable when I tried them on, BUT seemed larger than it should have been as it rippled when I walked. I also had my orthotics inserted. I ordered my usual size. Unfortunately, will be returning.
I'd also recommend:
Last pair of Saucony was not the quality as previous 2-3 pairs. Not sure at this time.

The shoes shipped on time, fit is normal, I've ordered these for years and in the past have been very satisfied. This time they came with 2 different length shoes laces, 51 and 54 inch. I sent cust service an email and they sent me a 10.00 coupon to buy a set on their website, I could not find womens shoe laces, nor white laces, nor either 51 nor 54 inch. Not much help folks.

The fit and size didn't feel like other NB 7.5 D that I have worn. I have had foot issues for over a year and have had to wear last summer's Merrell sandals which have a toe loop, and use tabi socks to separate my toes. When i tried on the NBs, I could tell at once that some pressure was being put on my little toes on both feet, which was a big surprise, but I am afraid I would never be able to break them in with my current medical problems. Sigh.

I normally wear a 9 wide in New Balance. These were at least a half size if not more smaller. Am re-ordering to try both a 9 1/2 and a 10 wide.

I ordered my size in a 1/2 larger. When I received the shoes, the quality was great, the fit wasn't. I needed another size up. This is the first time I have had this problem. I wear 8 wide, I ordered 8 1/2 wide. My toes are at the very tip of the shoes, wearing them for a while my feet start to hurt. I have never had a pair of new balance not to fit and be comfortable, I suggest ordering in a full size larger than you wear.

Toe box is wide for a shoe that's a narrow width. Accustomed to better fit from NB. Unfortunately, this was the only walking shoe in women's 12 1/2 narrow. Disappointing.

Even though I ordered 11 4EEEE, the style has changed in the toe area. They were not wide enough. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I love this model however, my they no longer fit my feet due to the stitching rubbing against my bunions and corns.

I was a little disappointed in these. I usually buy the 577 but they did not have my size in white. These are OK but don't fit me as well as the 577. They are lighter, lower, and don't feel as comfortable. They are good walking shoes.
