Just so wish you had them in beige. I am diabetic and these are the shoes my Doctor recommended to me 15 years ago, and I have never had a problem. I have tried other shoes a few times and keep coming back to these.

NB quality has always been great. I wish the shoe was a little wider, but beyond that I am very pleased. One small annoyance is that the shoe strings come undone unless you really make sure you pull them right.

I ordered a 10.5 wide and the over all fit of the shoe is good. My only criticism is that the shoe's tongue is a little clumsy and stiff making it somewhat difficult to tie. Perhaps I just need to wear the shoes to soften up the material. There are better fitting New Balance shoes if you're willing to spend more money. I was just looking for a basic white shoe and not necessarily one intended for athletic performance.

I like this shoe. It is my second pair as I wore out the first pair. I like the support, style, and design. For all day wear arch support insoles will be needed.

theses are the only shoes i have found that are comparable to the 928 the only thing that needs to make them batter is the need to go a bit higher around the ankle and the x wide could me about a half x larger like maybe a 1.5X wide the 2xwide gets too big once stretched out

I really like the 813 especially for the roomier toe box. But why no shoe lace tie? The straps are unappealing and look childish. Seniors would like something that's at least a little attractive even tho we are confined to this type of shoe as we age. Please offer "tie" shoes!

THE FIRST THING I NOTICED WAS HOW HARD THE SOLE OF THESE SHOES ARE THEY ARE NOT VERY FLEXIBLE WHEN YOU STEP
MAKES ME FEEL LIKE THE TIN MAN. THE INSOLE ITSELF IS NOT VERY COMFY EITHER. THESE ARE MENS SHOES AS NEW BALANCE DID
NOT HAVE WOMANS 12 SO I DON'T KNOW IF THAT IS THE DIFFERENCE OR NOT.

The shoes are pretty comfortable but the hard plastic lace holes rubbed the top of my foot. I had to loosen the laces at the top. I wish New Balance had more women's styles in 4E!

I miss the old 812 style, these have some odd mesh. Plus, New Balance no longer makes an 11 1/2, so I’m stuck with 12 AA which are too big. Please make shoes for large narrow feet!

This shoe has a wider toe box which suits my wide feet but the heels feel a bit large for my feet. Keep in mind that everyone's feet are shaped differently and this shoe may fit someone else perfectly.

I like New Balance because of the wide toe box and availability of wide widths. I've ordered this shoe before and liked it well enough to order again. I contacted customer service about the squeak and was advised to try baby powder. It worked for half a day then the other shoe started squeaking too. Will probably exchange for a new pair.
