Bought my first pair in 2011 and wore them most of the time. Tried other well known brands but came back to New Balance. Gives me the best fit.

Because I have oddly shaped feet, it is important that my shoes be made with the same last each time. It is so comforting to be able to call New Balance and get someone who will help me order the correct shoe. Thank you! One suggestion: Since I do have to use the 2 extra holes (I have very narrow heels), a longer shoe lace is needed. This is an odd request, since you usually provide VERY long laces.

I have had diabetes for 47 years and need an extremely comfortable and reliable shoe. With the roll-bar feature, I can be 100% assured that my feet will not be subjected to a devastating injury.

True to size. I love that they offer extra wide. I work as a nurse I'm on my feet for 14 hours sometimes and I couldn't make it without these shoes

I wear these shoes at work because I am on my feet most of the day. I ordered the same style as I previously had, the toe box is not as high as the older model shoes. I have a hammer toe and it rubs on the top of the shoe. I really like New Balance shoes, but these rub so I have to change shoes 1/2 way through the work day.

I just wish the sole was more cushioned. It's a bit hard for me.

Nice good looking shoe but the back of the shoe was not high enough to give me the support that I need.

I wear Black New Balance 813v1 every day because I have thick, wide feet and my big toes are skiers toes and black goes with everything. The 813v1 has a smaller roll bar which will not hurt your feet like the other shoe with a larger area roll bar (I don't remember the number). Although New Balance is the only kind of shoe I can wear, I wish I had never started with them, because I was told later on, that they ruin your feet. I now suffer from heel spurs, shin splints, knee pain, upper foot pain, if they are slightly worn. I always have to buy longer shoe strings to be able to double knot the shoes. I am developing a corn on one of my feet. I wish I could find comfortable boots for the winter, but New Balance doesn't make any black snow boots that come up my fat calves.

Comfortable and supported shoe that helped me to walk around more w/o much pain.

Fit and Quality is very good. I will wear them better in cooler temps.

Nio great: the shoes are not as nice as on the photos; not the kind you go out with. Great: fast delivery; true to size; very confortable.

These are my favorite sneakers. I feel like my feet are walking on cushions when I'm in them. I wish the straps were a little shorter. And you sold them for women also. I no longer can seem to find women Sneakers with Velcro in a wide with and small size.

It is a very good quality shoe but I am elderly and it is to hard for me but perfect for young people who do not have arthritic feet

The veltro strap has elastic, nice, and comfortable This is the third pair of New Balance shoes. There will be more.
