The right shoe is on a stretcher right now as it cramps my foot very badly. I am hoping that the stretching works. Other than that the shoes are great for flat feet and make me very comfortable. This is my third pair of 813's and my first problem!

The New Balance 813's are great. I had an ankle replacement and these sneakers/shoes have helped me a lot. They are the best comfortable sneakers/shoes I have ever purchased. I would definitely recommend these to any one that walks a lot.

On Nov. 2nd, 2015 - I broke my ankle, needing surgery. 11 months later - my feet changed. Not width wise, but length wise. I needed to go up another size.

ordered wrong size...... no problem called zappos sent me correct size emailed n/c label to send wrong unit back. excellent employee on phone call at 5am in the am...all in all great company to deal with. 5 start company.

I have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit with worn out ankles that swell daily due to arthritis, and wide flat feet. New balance shoes and specifically this style of shoe are both life savers. When you are on your feet all day, good shoes are a must. Without New Balance, I'm not sure what I would do.

Have finally found a New Balance walking shoe that has velcro closures. These are great. It's not that I can't tie my shoes any longer, I just love the convenience and ease of just using the velcro. Love them.

I'm so glad you can order New Balance sneakers on-line since it is not easy to find size 7 ladies extra wide in stores. They fit great and are really sharp looking.

My relative recommended these sneakers. She said give them a few days to get your feet used to them. I wore them a couple of days and was going to return them, but remembering what she said I gave them 2 more days. Day one I could only wear them 2 hours, day 2 only 2 hours, day 3 I wore them 3 hours. By day 4 I was wearing them all day and have been doing so for over 2 weeks now. They are very comfortable and I hope last more than 3 months, as usually that's what I get out of sneakers. So i'm hoping that they last a long time and I honestly feel they will. My legs don't ache so much at the end of a day and I really think these sneakers help my back, as I have a very bad back.

I have worn NB for many years. The evening of the first day I wore my newest pair, the pain in my knees was much less severe than it had been the previous day.

This shoe met the advertised market review. When wearing it adds much stability. I wear it to softball games where the ground is uneven and these help with balance. I would recommend this shoe for comfort and balance.

This shoe is very comfortable, particularly because the toe area (the "box") is wider than usual. If you like to be able to wiggle your toes, this is a great athletic shoe for walking. I have a narrow heel, but still appreciate a roomy box. This shoe has both. Perfect for me.
