there is a problem with the color of the shoes. the tips and the heels of the shoe are a different color than the rest of the shoe. Clearly a manufacturing problem

Completely different from the brown color version. They feel heavy, bulky and never adjusted to my feet. I wouldn't suggest buying the black version. If I could return mine I would.

I bought a size 11.5 in the saddle tan. In general, I like these shoes, and I have no big complaints thus far. It does seem that there is too much room at the toe despite the rest of the shoe fitting well. I could easily go down a half size there, but then the rest of the shoe would probably be tight (but might be worth trying). The darker color at the toe does seem to add an interesting shading effect, but I think this probably looks better in the picture. I'm torn on it, but my wife didn't like it. Other than that though, the style is great and is everything I'm looking for.

Poor quality. Rubber sole, heel is wrapped in some vinyl type of covering which peels and rips. Soles were worn through in 3 months. Granted I am restaurant manager and I abuse the heck outta shoes, for over $100 I expected better quality leather and sole.

Heel falls apart quickly

Not at all like the picture. White stitching and dark uniformly colored brown leather. Returning these.

Started with 8, changed to 7 and end-up exchanging to 7.5 . As always, great service from Zappos. Shoe is comfortable and look good. But seems something wrong with the material or quality of product. I wore it onetime and I see folds on shoe. I'll try again and decide to keep or not.

RETURNING- On size: I found these to run smaller than my other shoes of the same brand(including some received in this shipment) They are long however. On color: Brown looks nothing like picture. Instead of color variation it is all just poopy brown with a dark toe. Color is off-putting, nowhere near the reddish brown variation shown Ordered the SKU: #8266595 brown

These shoes fit really well, but the coloring was very off. The toes were very dark and the rest of the shoe was lighter than anticipated. I tried another size and the toe looked slightly darker as well, so there seems to be something off.

I like the look but am starting to question Florsheim quality. I have worn a 9EEE or 9.5EEE in Florsheim for over 20 years. Seldom to never buy any other brand. Last couple of years size has been comical. I ordered 9EEE and they seemed huge. Clown-like. Ended up with a pair of 8EEE thanks to Zappos generous return policy. Uppers say genuine leather but they feel more like pleather or outright vinyl. The leather in my last few pairs of Florsheim seems to be getting thinner and thinner. Not quite a value at the price point, but I really like the look so I kept the size 8EEE.

I ordered a few wing tip shoes for an upcoming event. The leather felt thinner than the other shoes and the sole was very weak and flexible. I feel that over time the leather would breakdown and shoe would show excessive wear on the vamp and throat. I went with the Johnston & Murphy wingtip, I felt it had much better quality.

I wear a 12, and this feels just a little shy. Not uncomfortably small, but certainly a "slim fit." The shoe has tons of aesthetic appeal. Long and sleek it's kin to a fine British auto (in which more attention is paid to fake wood paneling than function). As soon as I got them out of the box I put a coat of Lincoln Marine Cordovan on them and gave them a quick buff, which gave them a little bit of an antiqued look, which made me feel better about the cheap sole and thin leather. These are throwaway shoes that crease easily. They look great, but QA at the factory isn't what it used to be. Would not recommend.

Very disappointed. The shoes look nothing like they appear online. Very cheap looking. Never again.
