And it won't be my last! I absolutely love my custom Messenger bag. Not only is it made of quality materials, and I got to make it exactly how I wanted it, it's even better than I envisioned. It's got space for everything and then some, and the Velcro closure and snaps hold it closed so well. Did I mention I love it? :)

I bought this bag ahead of a trip from the US to Europe, and it has been excellent. The size is generous but not ridiculous for me (5'4") on transit, planes, etc. I got the extra pockets and water bottle pouches for organizing the miscellany of a day trip - it's ideal for me to bring all my essentials but too small for me to overpack. Also, I have actually used the bottle opener three times already to save the day, despite my initial scorn of this feature. Velcro is super loud when you undo it, but it stays very firmly closed. 100% worth the money, we'll made, great city commuter bag.

11 years since I bought my custom made classic messengerbag size L. I've been using it every day. Now it's starting to give up on me so I ordered an exact copy and I'm so happy

My daughter already has 2 of the Timbuk2 messenger bags for school, but she wanted something smaller that she can use as a purse yet still have enough room to carry a water bottle. The XS bag is the perfect size since it's still small enough that it's not too bulky or heavy, yet has enough room for essentials+ and she can even fit her iPad in there. She has several of the Loungefly mini backpacks, but they don't fit a water bottle. We were able to customize the bag with the colors she wanted, and the colors are much more vibrant than what shows on the website. Perfect size as a non-traditional purse.

This bag is compact & lightweight, yet fits everything I need for classes, including my laptop & water bottle. Love that I could personalize it, too

this is my teaching bag. it's organized and everything is in it's right place. The small has just enough room for my average haul, but no more. if I adjust the strap correctly it sits on my back perfectly for the weekly bike commute, as well.

It is very roomy and had more space than I expected outside of the laptop and tablet pockets. Big fan of the Velcro for the flap.

I bought the small custom classic messenger bag and I love it. It is just the right size for a personal item on European airlines, which have smaller dimension requirements than American ones. It has plenty of room on the inside and I added the optional water bottle holders to the inside. I really enjoyed choosing the colors of the bag. I spent a lot of time playing around with all the color combinations. It was fun and I wanted all of my creations! In the end I chose the one that made my heart happy when I looked at it. It's a lot more fun than all of my ubiquitous black bags. It's a fun yet practical bag and I look forward to using it.

This is my fourth purchase. I have used small and medium messenger bags in the past, so I am satisfied with the quality. The color of the fabric on the website was almost the same as the actual fabric. I purchased the xs messenger bag because the inside fabric of my previous eula bag was damaged. It is a little smaller in size than the eula, but I am satisfied with it without any problems.I would buy eula again though ... It took one week from the time I placed my custom order to ship and three days to receive it in Japan.

I ordered a custom bag which got here quickly. It looked just as nice in person as on the customization page. It felt better in person than I expected and is excellent quality. The reflective fabric looks awesome.

It's just what I wanted. Colors look exactly the same as online while designing. I would maybe like for the laptop sleeve to be stitched to the back instead of being a floating pocket in the middle of the bag but other than that I can't think of anything I don't like about the bag.

Very high quality. Larger than I thought. I could have easily gone with the medium size for my 16 inch laptop, but I'd rather it be larger than smaller than I expected.

The 1st TMBL2 bag I got was in 1994. I was in HS and it was awesome. I still have it actually and still use it. My daughter started MS this year and we had to purchase her TMBK2 messenger. Bag design has changed some in 30 years but this is still the awesome epic messenger bags they always were.

This is our 20th or so purchase from TMBK2 over that last 30 years. The bag design has changed some over the years but the quality and the customer service hasn't. Absolutely adore these bags! Worth every penny we've spent over the years.
