This will be my everyday messenger bag. I am director of a therapy department so I carry a computer and a large iPad to and from work every day along with some other files. This is perfect! And it's beautiful too. And most of all it's made from recycled products.

This was my second custom. First was a L and a little too big, and the M is just right. I'm an engineer, and my CAD laptop is beefy, and I thought I'd need a L, but an M is just right. I got it with the sewn in laptop pouch and cup sleeves. Everything I need for the workday fits nicely and there's space for more. Laptop, iPad, coffee, lunch bag, tech accessories, and still room for water bottle and a hoodie. I've had Chrome messengers, Defy Bags, and several others and I think this one is the most versatile and customizable. Every other bag was always short something - no sleeve for a water bottle, or could only be worn cross body, or lacked organization. This one had it all and multiple options for size and options for inserts. Only think I wish hit had was a swivel for connecting the shoulder strap, and a pass through for sliding onto a luggage handle. I know their are other Timbuk2 bags with options, so it's a trade off for what this bag has and those bag don't.

This messenger bag exceeds all expectations I had. It is the perfect size for everything you might need for staying connected while on the go. Being able to customize it was a huge bonus. It looks absolutely amazing.

This bag holds EVERYTHING I need for work. I selected some of my favorite colors, bright lime accent and a panel of reflective material for biking at night, during the long dark winters. Cat approved!

Super well made as was my previous Timbuk2 bag that lasted at over 25 years. My only complaints - the blue on my custom designed bag appeared darker on the website than that on the actual bag that arrived in the mail. I ordered a Medium which has turned out to be a bit small for my needs (and smaller than my previous Timbuk2 bag), but that isn't Timbuk2's fault.

I love my custom bag- it fits everything - computer, lunch, umbrella with room to spare. The different pockets mean I can easily find things- that middle exterior pocket is a breeze to unzip.

I love this product in thems of size and functionality. I cannot buy your products in Japan, therefore, I have to pay additional transportation cost. However, I will order same product again.

Great bag. Loaded for commute/work easy to carry and access contents. Bomb proof!

This is my 2nd bag from Timbuk2 - the first one lasted me over 20 years (and I only decided to upgrade because after 20 years, even the best made things need to get freshened up.) the things I loved about my first bag I love just as much in my second one: great design, great craftsmanship, great color selection.

First of all it's really cool that I got to design exactly what I wanted! The bag is exactly the right size to carry around all day- to the store, library, gym. It's extremely well made. I can see the attraction to having multiple color combos1

Just what I needed. I use it for my laptop to throw over my shoulder and bike around campus. So much better than a backpack.

This is my second Timbuck2 bag and it is great! I would say I miss the thicker main shoulder strap material used on the bags back in the early days, but really I can't complain, they are great bags! I have a large messenger bag from 2001 and it has seen many adventures and personal changes over the past 22 years. Thank you Timbuk2!

I have bought several Timbuk2 messenger bags since 2016. These latest revisions have a few upgrades that are definite improvements. The front pouch is now a much sturdier material and zips on both sides. The strap now has metal hardware, including the best slide I have ever used - two pieces of aluminum that hold the strap without clamping. And the water bottle pockets are now large enough to hold a bottle! As a long time user I love these updates.

This is my fourth Timbuk2 bag, purchased for my daughter. My first is the standard size, it is almost 30 years old. My second is a mini like this one, and is now 15 years old, I call it my "murse." The third a standard size bag as a gift to wife that has outlasted our marriage. These bags go the distance. My only complaint was the murse had a different rubberized waterproof lining material that seemed to degrade after about 10 years. However, the bag remains functional even without the liner. The company has been great, in offering repairs. This new bag holds true to the same quality as my previous bags. They seem to have addressed the liner issue mentioned above. It was custom ordered with a color pattern, and looks fantastic. The size is perfect for daily use, holding pens, pencils, phone, spare battery, glasses, first aid kit and a book. I would not recommend this size for anyone looking for a computer bag, suggesting the larger size instead.

I use this bag for everything - work, school, gym, quick overnight, carryon. I purchased my first one a decade ago and loved it so well that I replaced it with the same.exact. bag!! Highly recommend!!!

I love these bags. Unfortunately, they are not available in Germany as custom-made items. It's good that I have relatives who can bring them with them. That way, they remain even more unique here in Europe.

Use it for work, school, and travel, keeps everything organized and easy to get to. Should have sprung for the water bottle holder.
