I have a timbuk2 messenger bag that has seen almost daily use since I was 17 yrs old, I'm 45. It JUST started breaking down. I would say that 28 YEARS of service is a good mark of quality. It'll probably last another 10 but it's not waterproof anymore. Amazing product.

They love this bag. It is big enough for all their school supplies and feels super tough and sturdy.

Chose one custom, and it has taken me on 3 trips now with awesome results. Tablet compartment is perfect, colors are awesome and everyone compliments it/asks where I get it. Quick access pockets very handy. Only thing is the straps flap around a bit, no real way to secure excess strap, but it's a tiny issue that doesn't affect usage.

Love TB2's messenger bags. Bought this one for medium to small carries. Love the color choices!

Lugging work from home & back to work is just so much easier with my messenger bag. Loads of room for all my 'stuff' plus a few extras. I am already planning my next color combo.

I needed a new computer bag for daily used to from my office and ordered a custom all pink Timbuktu. Unlike so many products, these bags are just as great as they were 25 years ago! This is at least my fourth bag, and none of them have worn out And all are still in rotation!

I needed a bag to store my home away from home while on road trips with my husband. This fits everything from my iPad with keyboard, all the cords needed for all electronics, my GoPro and my knitting projects with patterns. Love all of the available pockets and the sturdiness of the whole bag. This will last me for a long, long time. Thank you so much Timbuk2 for creating such a wonderful bag.

Just started working for my city. Custom colors on my bag now match the city's bag. Coworkers looooooo e it. More importantly it holds dry shoes, lunch bag and laptop and protects them from the elements on the walk to work. Maybe the bike ride in summer

Purchased a custom XS Messenger bag which I had made with the rainproof black material, used a custom insert for my gear, and for once in my life I have the perfect camera bag ... which has been a quest that's lasted thirty years. If I was Timbuk2 I would talk up this use of their XS and S messenger bags.

This is my second Timbuk2 bag. I loved my first bag but this time I downsized to a smaller messenger bag to better fit my new laptop. These bags are so well made for everyday use and the custom bag option allows us to create our personalized color combo along with other options. I also appreciate the various compartments for personal items and other necessities. Well thought out design!

I use my Timbuk2 messenger bag for my main work bag everyday. This is my second Timbuk2 messenger bag and they are truly my favorite bag I have ever used. I used my first one for 12 years before getting my new one and love the improvments to the strap latch. I have always loved the durability and the waterproof material Timbuk2 offers and I splerged for the custome with the laptop sleeve this time and find that it's a nice added conviences to not have to worry with a sleperate laptop sleeve.

This is my second Timbuk2 messenger bag. First one lasted 15 years or so. I love the new features that have been added, the wider strap, buckle, and tuckable ends. I love all the pockets and the only thing I miss is a d- ring the old one had that I could clip my bottle opener to. Great job

I love the quality, size, and look of my bag. I previously had a medium and it was too big for my needs as a daily commute and second travel bag.. If the interior was just a touch bigger, it would be perfect. Pretty close the way it is though.

I got this as a travel-to-work and back bag for 13 laptops and accessories. It has been great to use and stylish enough that I don't feel silly going into the office. I am planning to use it for bike commuting once we are out of winter. it feels secure, and it should keep everything reasonably in place for the trek. The internal water bottle holders are a bit small but still worth the compartments.

This was perfect. My girlfriend loves it. It was exactly what she wanted. Fast delivery and according to her holds everything she needs.

Love this bag. Went back to college to further my education and it keeps everything I need handy and easy to grab. There is a large amount of storage and is very stylish.

I work in healthcare and needed a professional yet functional bag to carry my laptop and other working references. A briefcase wouldn't have worked due to the size of the laptop and the amount of books (yes, paper) that I need to convey, and a backpack was out of the question. Your adaptable messenger bags, with all of the options and the professional finish were just what I was looking for. It's a hit! On a side note, I first found one of your bags in a skate shop in Columbus, Ohio right before I was about to go to London, England for a month rotation at Guys and St. Thomas hospital and needed a versatile, easy to wear bag for the trip. That was 15 years ago :) So, when I needed something similar, but a bit more polished and professional you guys delivered.

A replacement for my 1st TimBuk2 messenger bag that I bought back in 2002 when I was an undergrad in Orange County Community. My 1st TimBuk2 has many miles left in it and will go to Jr. who just started at Orange County Community. This Bag has earned my confidence over the years of usage & has always been by my side during the thin and thick of it all. Future Request to have the inside of the bag in a Bright Neon Yellow or While color to see items in low light environments like the cheap seats at the Dodgers stadiums, Music concerts or lecture halls. This is the third Timbuk2 messenger bag I've owned and the first time I customized it. Very easy process and am thrilled with the results. The bag is big enough to hold three laptops if necessary or to hold overnight gear for casual travel. Love the water resistant fabric! If I had to name something that I'd like to improve upon, I think that the built-in water bottle pockets could be bigger and accomodate a larger diameter double-wall bottle. Also I'd love to have a small zippered pocket on the outside flap.

It has the necessary functions in a simple design. Another point to appreciate is its high durability. I purchased it as a personal import because the Japanese sales agent withdrew.
