Excellent support. I pulled a ligament in my heel area as I have an active job. This shoe helped it heal. I would recommend Merrell shoes to anyone. I also have their hiking boots.

Merrells fit my feet well in general, and I have another pair of Merrell mules so was fairly confident ordering these. I usually wear an 8 or 8½ but have narrow flat feet so I ordered 7½. They fit great and are of good quality. The thick rubber sole is great for winter when I am in and out a lot in bad weather and navigating sloppy parking lots.

Love these Merrell's clogs! Very comfy shoes for every day. They do run a tad narrow.

I have many foot problems -- RA, an unhealed broken ankle, tarsal-tunnel syndrome, etc. I've got a huge collection of shoes that are supposed to feel great but just don't. Only one kind of shoe feels fantastic, and those are these! Not bad looking with jeans, and funky-cute, I suppose, with tights and a skirt. I wear them every chance I get.

These shoes fit! Oftentimes Women's Size 11W does not fit, especially with socks. I was hoping for a looser fit so I could wear thicker socks with them, but am keeping this snug fit. I keep thinking they will loosen as I wear them, but not so far. After a few hours of wear, my feet begin to ache along the top of the instep, so I take them off to wear again later. I really enjoy the bounce of the soles.

My mother in law loves these slip ons...we looked a lot of places but nobody had them...except Zappos.

These are exactly what I wanted and exactly what I expected! I wear these as comfortable utility shoes to walk the dogs, care for the horses in the barn and they look good enough to transition to shopping! I love these shoes.

Very well made shoes. Leather was soft and comfortable from day 1. Have never been disappointed with Merrils or Zappos!

Great mules to own! Very comfortable yet convenient. Just slip on and off. No shoe laces to tie. I buy 1-2 pairs every year.

This is my first pair of clogs! I have semi-narrow feet (between AA and Medium) and have been avoiding this type of shoe for years. However, I find that I can easily wear these shoes with socks. They are extremely comfortable and I can wear them all day.

Absolutely comfortable and stylish. I normally wear a C/D width but found the B/C width to be perfect with this shoe. The color is rich and blends with my casual wardrobe.

These are really great shoes for me. I previously had a similar pair (also from Merrell) in a size 7½ medium, and they were fine, but a little tight, so when I bought these, I ordered a size 8 wide and they are better. The larger size is only a little larger - just enough. I wear them more than any other shoes (I have several pairs).

This is my second pair of these great shoes - the first were my "go to" shoes for nearly 3 years. When they had to be retired, there was no question about their replacement. I do need a half size smaller in this model than in most shoes. They are ridiculously comfortable, and adaptable for most any occasion. I love these shoes!

These shoes are very comfortable and easy on my feet. I can wear them with my orthotics.

I'm surprised to see all the people saying these clogs have changed too much. My 10 year old resoled-extensively clogs finally gave up the ghost and I had to get a new pair. After a few false starts, accidentally ordering mesh clogs and then fuzzy ones, my clogs arrived. I still have my poor trashed 10 year old clogs and decided to compare. Yes, these are differently built, with a slimmer profile and less "clunky" toe box, but still all leather and no real stiffness to start with. The support feels the same, and the look is mostly identical. We'll see if they last a few years, but I'm happy with my purchase.

These are the shoes that helped me banish plantar fasciitis -- I love them! This is my third pair...and it won't be the last.

Amazing! I have a degenerating disc and I could only use brooks tennis shoes, but now I can use these shoes and I don't have back pain after working all day as a teacher. I bought the brown and liked them so much I purchased the black.

I love these shoes. My last pair lasted 15 years. I finally had to give them up for a new pair. The Encore Nova 2 did not fail me. Right out of the box, they fit like I'd worn them for years. No "breaking in"! My arch is supported, entire foot cushioned and supported.

Merrells are such very comfortable shoes. I have experienced no breaking in time in any style that I have purchased. I bought these to replace a pair of ancient garden clogs and could not be happier. They are roomy enough for socks yet do not flop around without them. The removable line is ideal, keeps feet cool. Still the soles are thick and solid and keep feet from getting cold weather yard work. I absolutely love them!

These were very comfortable right out of the box. I found that these shoes ran a little large and ordered half a size smaller. These are the perfect casual shoes.

I've worn this shoe for so many years and loved it. Merrell has changed the shoe and it is now too narrow for my medium width foot. I may try a wide width.

This Merrell Nova 2 felt marvelous! There's enough room to wear a thicker sock and the support is perfect. Within minutes, I ordered a brown pair. They are very well made.

I keep buying these, wear them and wear them and wear them and then get another pair. No shoe has ever been this comfortable. I can't really say about the arch support because I wear orthotics in them but I bet they're great.
