Wow Merrell has really gone downhill...I've worn Merrells as my work shoe for years and years. I can't believe the quality has gone down so much...so flimsy now , slippery soles...missing the support that I grew to love...these are NOT the Merrells that I used to love. Very disappointed in Merrell...not Zappos.

These are the most comfortable shoes. Easy to slip on and off and suitable to wear most anywhere. Personally they are my "go to" shoe every day when I am dressed casually and/or in workout clothes. Highly recommend. I am a size 7 and sometimes have to go up to 7.5 depending on the shoe. In this case I went to the 7.5.

Between these Encore Nova 2 and Encore Pro Grip, I have purchased three pair over the last three years.....they don't wear out! I'd like to find something "new", but I just can't find anything better... the look, the fit, the comfort and really great shoes. I only wear them with pants (can't imagine them with a dress but then, I don't wear dresses much anyway) so I end up living in these comfortable shoes.

These shoes are comfortable, without the need for a 'break in' period. the fit is true to size. I wear them at work where I am on my feet all day (or night).

For me, this is the most comfortable clog I've ever worn. It fits perfectly (I normally wear a size 10 M), and it is comfortable right out of the box. I wear it with slacks, and it feels just right. I also own and love the Encore Breeze 3, which has a mesh upper. I highly recommend this shoe for comfort and style.

I've been wearing size 6 Merrell Encores for many years. The style of the cut has changed. The heel support is lower down, and the throat (top opening) has moved forward toward the toe thus making the opening for the foot much larger than it has been in the past causing my foot to slip out of the shoe.

This is my second pair of these clogs. I have a wide foot, so being able to purchase them in wide gives me a great fit. They are rugged, comfortable and stylish enough for work.

Great clogs, my third or fourth pair of Merrells in this style. Have had them in mesh and nubuck, now leather. Super comfortable.

Better than the Encore Nova, but not as good as the old-style Merrells...I used to wear Merrells as my go-to everyday shoes, to walk dogs, get to the office. They were perfect for my wide feet with bunions. About two years ago they seem to have changed the last, and now they hurt. I wear them occasionally, and if it's for the whole day, I regret it.

These are not for very high arches. This model is also narrower than others. I returned them. Have worn nothing but Merrell slides to work for years. I have very high arches and wide feet (flared through the toes, normal heels). Most shoes press down uncomfortably on the tops of my arches and are too narrow. My Merrell Jungle primo fit beautifully (I always add Spenco Total support insoles for extra arch support). I got the Encore 2 hoping that it was the same or similar. The Encore 2 extend higher up my arch than the Primo. I wore them a few times to see if they would stretch, but the leather is stiff and I cannot put up with the discomfort long enough. The Breeze, if I remember, right is lower on the arch and OK. I had a pair but donated them (in the days before Zappos free returns) because I do not like the look, makes my wide feet look wider. I love two pairs of Merrell sandals that I bought, but they discontinued those styles too. If I cannot find Primo or a more flattering Breeze, I am already looking for other brands. That is very disappointing.

Although these are not the most fashionable shoes around, they are super comfortable and easy to get on and off. I had another pair of these that I completely wore out, and was glad to see the style has not changed dramatically. I plan to wear these much of the fall and winter.

I'm happy with these shoes. Enough of a heel cup to wear outside. Easy on/off slip ons. I always need to add an arch support to all my shoes so these are no different. Good shoes.

Got these when a favorite pair of Clarks and finally bit the dust and was skeptical I'd find another pair I loved as much. I've found that the Merrell's are even more comfortable and these are my favorite every day casual pair of shoes!

I probably have over 10 pairs of Merrells in the "Encore" style. I have peripheral neuropathy and, as a result, my feet are in constant pain. I have to be very picky about my shoes - they must have the appropriate amount of support and be very comfortable. I was not disappointed when I received these shoes. I slipped them on and said "ahhhh". Merrell are one of very few shoes I can wear. I do wish they would come back with some with designs on them. The ones I wear daily are denim with light bursts. Unfortunately, because I wear them every day around the house, they are pretty worn out. Even so, I always get complements on them when I wear them out of the house. I have the black leather and now the brown leather. All the others are Encore Breeze or designs. I don't know what I would do without my Merrells.

This has always been my go to shoe style for comfort. Now that I have been having problems with arthritis in my toe, I decided a leather pair was in order for fall and winter. The leather feels just as nice as the mesh version.

I bought these for my mom, to replace her old ones which definitely had seen better days. She loves them - they are very comfortable, easy on/off, they look nicer than sneakers for casual days. Also, she is able to fit her orthodics inside (that is very important). If you are looking for this style of shoe, mom says it is a winner!

The great thing is that these shoes are quick and easy to get in and out of but feel snug and comfortable - no slipping and sliding on my feet. They look smart but provide comfort during long standing sessions. I have always been very pleased with the quality of Merrell shoes and this pair is no exception.

These clogs are very comfortable. I am on my feet and up and down stairs many times a day for my job. I never have to think about my feet, and even after a long day, there are no aches or pain with these shoes. I have never been disappointed with Merrell products.

The shoe is well made, light and the color is as shown. However I must return the shoe since I have a high arch and this shoe hurts the top of my foot.

I started wearing the Encore Breeze once it came in women's wide widths. I needed a half size larger in this leather version. I like the Encore because Merrell's insole can be removed and replaced with my custom orthotic to get even more support. These are pretty practical for a clog and nice that they come up around the heel--this is good for outside & especially rainy weather, and keeps the 'klunky' look to a minimum.

Merrell as always so comfortable! I have these in black and just ordered this brown pair as I find myself needing brown too. These are my "go to" winter shoe. I have knee, back and foot problems and I am picky about comfy shoes! These always fit the bill. I wear a size 9 medium. These felt true to size.

These shoes are so comfortable!! At first I thought they were too wide in the heel, which is not normally a problem for me, but I quickly got used to them. Today I wore them all day shopping (on my feet for several hours straight) and my feet did not hurt at all!

This is my second pair of Merrell Encore shoes. The first pair were so comfortable that I ordered these for the colder months.Though not exactly the same in construction,they too are very comfortable and true to size. Highly recommended. Merrell's seem to vary when it comes to size; these ran true.

I loved the look of the shoes. Unfortunately, I couldn't stand wearing them. The arch support was located about an inch too far back towards the heel, making it feel uncomfortable to wear the shoes. I've never encountered shoes that had the arch support located that far back before, but the shoes had to be returned--there was no way I could wear them like that.
