Ordered size 9.5 W and wide calf. Boots came in regular calf size. Very disappointed. Nice looking otherwise.

The leather looks very cheap. The loops are paper thin and not functional at all. I'm very disappointed in the quality. However, it is comfortable and flexible, perhaps because it is so thin, but ultimately I want a tighter fit anyway.

I have a narrow foot, so buying boots is hit or miss. This one was a miss, as my heel kept slipping.

Good fit, what I did not like is that the toes were slightly bent upwards, I felt like I was not standing flat on the floor. Did have a feel of a cowboy boot which I do not enjoy. Too bad, I really liked the color and style.

These were disappointing. Looked and felt low quality. The shading to impart a rustic aged appearance, just looked cheap. Sending back.

This shoe is very nice quality and stylish BUT it is a size too small! The fit is narrow.

I retuened them because they are too narrow.

I'd swear these were mis-marked as a wide. I think these are a medium width. They pinch too much to wear all day but i love them.

These are very nice boots. Unfortunately the circumfrence is not as wide as stated, they are wide at the ankle and pretty small at top where width of calf is. Had to return.

These were good looking, classic black boots... but I couldn’t get them zipped around my calves. I have large calves and knew it was a risk but I really liked the style and I gave it a shot. Oh well

The wide width was not in the least bit wide. Boots are nice otherwise, but I could fit in them.

Let me first say that these boots are beautiful. They are a rich black and butter smooth leather. They are not wide width nor do they have an extended calf. I will need to send these back. I wear a 9-9.5 and my calf measured 16 inches at the widest.

The shaft is narrow on this boot. I can usually wear a standard shaft but had to return these!

I have been looking for navy blue dress boots for several years to replace some I had to give up. I thought I had finally found some. I wear a wide width and they are rather hard to find. The toe box fit very well. I was really excited to find these but the calf in too small. They would not zip the last six inches or so. So sad as they were beautiful.

Cute boots. Too wide at the top for me and the zipper is horrible. A friend has the exact pair - very cute, but she can barely zip that zipper. I thought it was her boots - nope. Mine where difficult to zip over the heel as well. I think you need to go up a 1/2 size to accommodate the heel zipper.

I did not try these on because the color looked so different. Grey Frost is SO much lighter and cooler toned than the picture. I was expecting more of a taupe-y grey and this was almost a blue elephant color.

Couldn’t zip over my calf. I wanted to love these but I could not get them zipped up half way up my calf. Had to return.

I love the look of these boots, and the leather feels soft and supple. Sadly, I have to return them as they don't fit my feet. I bought wide width but they were not wide enough to accommodate my feet. Bear in mind that I have bunions, but in some other brands I am able to comfortably wear wide widths. I was hoping these would work, but I have to continue my search.

I'm pretty consistent with 7.5 Medium width & these were so tight it was painful to put my foot down on the ground.

Overall these boots look great. The upper leather is soo soft! Sadly they are not comfortable. There doesn't feel like there is any cushioning in the feet and the fit is a bit too snug to allow for any comfort inserts. I will be returning them.
