I like the boot, but they arrived clearly worn and damaged. Someone had worn them (the soles were worn and dirty, and the leather heavily scuffed in many places), and returned them, and the fulfillment center obviously did not check. Now it's on me take the time to return them. Very disappointing.

WARNING!!!! This boot looks nothing like the photos online or what you see in actual retail stores (Nordstrom). I purchased this online, so I could use a coupon code + the boots I received were shocking. Cheap plastic leather, tacky brown (not pretty like the photo) -- will be returning asap. I have a colleague with these same boots + they are totally different. Great boots (buy in-person), but something isn't right, Zappos. Please fix! PROCEED with caution. Hope this review helps someone, especially at gift giving time :(

Even in the wide, these were not wide enough. I couldn't even got this on my foot.

I am so disappointed - the zipper on the boots now splits and opens up on my heel despite me zipping the all the way up. I loved these at first but have only worn these roughly five times and the zipper comes undone at my heel.

These are made of the lowest quality leather. They are not the same as the picture, which is shiny. These boots are made of cheap, dull leather. I'm probably sending them back because they are not even worth the sale price.

I am very disappointed in these boots and I love these boots! I bought a pair in black at Nordstorm's in Texas while visiting over New Year's and I loved them. But when I ordered the exact same pair from Zappos in the tan color the zipper was totally crap, it got caught and so I sent them back as an exchange because I thought it was just a defected boot. However, when I got the second pair from Zappos (I love Zappos), I tried the zipper before putting them on and it got caught again. I am bummed for sure as they will be going back again! I do not think that I have the heart to try again.

I bought a size 10 though I wear a 91/2 just to give myself some room for big socks, well even with thin socks on, the boot was too tight. I don't have big calves but this is the first time a calf length boot wouldn't zip. And worst of all was the knobby feeling at the back of my heel where the zipper started. I would not recommend these boots to anyone.

Love the look of this boot, and I read a ton of reviews and was hopeful, but I always always wear a 7.5 or 8 in shoes. I ordered an 8 in this boot and couldn't even get my foot in it to see if it was comfortable. Something about the heel of the boot literally prevented me from getting my foot in. I tried a minute or two and gave up, these won't work for me.

I wanted these boots for a long time was so excited when I finely took the plunge and ordered them After reading reviews I decided to go with my true size a 7.5 when I received them I fell in love with the way they looked in the box but when I tried them on these were so tight around my foot felt like they were cutting the circulation out of my feet! And I have very skinny narrow feet to I've never had this problem before ever with any other boot not even a narrow cowgirl boot. I also still had about a 1/2 inch of toe room so they weren't to small just to narrow. Since I loved the way they looked so much I decided to try a 1/2 size up just to see if that had any difference in the narrowness the 8 were not as snug but I had almost a inch in a half of toe room which made these boots look really awkward on me looked like i had giant elf feet! Unfortunately these didn't work out for me I sent them back and of coarse Zappos as always helped me find another pair different brand that I'm happy with now. Wonderful customer service, super easy returns/exchanges.

I wore these out of the house one time, and the black part on the toe starting peeling off! I can tell that it will only get worse. I will be returning these. They should be made better than this. Very disappointing.
