I tried these on and could only zip them up halfway, so they are not as wide as noted. I also realize I prefer boots with a medial side zipper rather than a back zipper. I am returning them.

These looked so good online. When I got them, I felt that they looked and felt very cheap. I didn't like the way they fit. Sending them back.

Disappointed that boots were not true to wide width as ordered. Shoe size of the boot were not wide! I was so excited waiting for my new boots and the minute I opened the box I knew before I tried them on that they were too narrow!

These look nothing like their picture - I didn't take them out of the box. The grey color is dull and flat with a slight ombre toe; none of the texture or color depth the photos appeared to show.

Did not fit my calves. Very frustrated considering I ordered wide calves.

Shaft was extremely narrow and zipper literally broke as I was starting to zip it up

Very loose in heel, and slightly too long. Shaft quite a bit too large, felt more than 15". No arch support and very hard bottom. They are not quite as cute in person as online, but might have kept if they came close too fitting.

Very disappointed with these shoes. Looked cheap and was narrow in the calf.

They’re pretty nice looking boots and the leather is soft, the one foot is quite squished width-wise, which was odd and the heel zipper is very difficult to manage.

This was supposed to be a "wide calf" riding boot, but was much to small in the shaft.

I returned these for 2 problems: (1) There was a wide gap between the top of the boot and the calf and (2) the snaps at the back of the boot did not stay snapped and made a God-awful noise when I walked. They seemed good quality and value aside from these problems.

One of the heels came off 6 months in. 13 months in, and the other is always coming unattached.

UNWEARABLE! I really wanted to love these boot, but I can't wear them at all. They fit perfectly, but there is something very wrong with the left boot that makes them cut really hard into my ankle. I would have returned them but my hubby accidentally threw the box away. I thought perhaps wearing them (as I couldn't return) might help but after 3 minutes the pain was too much to bear. I hate spending this much money for a defective product! I have never had this problem with any other boot (and I own about 20 pair in Clarks, Ecco, Blondo, Pikolinos and Frye brands. I think if I had purchased these at an actual store I could have returned them even without the box. :(

Don't waste your time or money!! If you are used to buying boots of good quality then keep looking. First of all the color whisky is NOTHING like the pictures show! The pictures look deep and rich and beautiful! These were really light and almost fake looking. I like a boot that stands up on it's own and this is not one of those boots. The calf width was good. I was wearing a thin sock when I tried these on they were way too snug. In fall or winter when you want to wear a little thicker sock, these would be way too tight. These are not the most expensive boots but they are not cheap. I wish I would have read more reviews before purchasing! I agreed 100% with the low rating reviews! Definitely not worth the time or money! Also, when the boots arrived, they were in half of the box. The lid of the box was missing and there was just paper on top. Weird.

SO disappointed. I tried these on in a store last year, and the quality was much better. The boots I received today look NOTHING like the photo or like last year's version. The leather looks like cheap pleather in a light brown, with an over-stained toe and heel. The fit was also terrible. Huge on my calf and too tight on certain areas of my foot. Very uncomfortable. Very unflattering. Cheaply made (in China). Didn't even arrive in a Sam Edelman box.

Was very hopeful about this style of boot. But the hopes were dashed. Right out of the box, I did not like the color, way different than the picture shows. The actual boot color was way lighter. I ordered wide calf, I could not even get it up my calf to get the boot on.

I bought these in a 10M and they felt a little narrow. Then I tried 10W and still narrow. To be honest, I'm not sure I felt much difference in the M vs. the W except the heel seemed wider, not the width at the ball of the foot. They are going back!

I am 5'5, these boots were too tall for me. They came up to my knee, and the outside of the boot on both legs gapped open. It was super disappointing, as the boot is self was very comfortable.
