I wanted to purchase this tennis shoe with laces. This is repeat purchase for me. I wear these shoes for walking, and I am quite happy with their fit and comfort. I've owned the laced version previously in white and in black. Unfortunately the laced version of this tennis shoe was not available in my size, so I recently purchased the Velcro strapped version. The strap itself is strangely short, not pulling all the way across the top of your foot when your foot is secured in the shoe, and the straps are also oddly narrow in their width. The Velcro straps appear to be too small for the shoe. The have an odd appearance. Definitely function in the absence of form on this one. I am unlikely to purchase again the Velcro strap version of this otherwise excellent shoe.

Have been ordering these sneakers for my brother for years. Although they have changed styles occasionally I am very pleased with the look and fit of these sneakers. I highly recommend ordering from Zappos. The service, delivery and price were excellent.

I ordered my normal size 8.5 W , but these shoes were way too large. I have been buying New Balance shoes/boots for 20 years and never had this problem before.

Shoe is not true to size. 4th pair I have ordered and none of them fit. Shoes are not cut or manufactured correctly.

The shoes fit and I really like them, they made my feet very hot!

I'm surprised New Balance markets a shoe like this. Not only doesn't it fit correctly, the stupid Velcro straps are too short! Crappy build quality throughout. I'm with the guy who said he was done with New Balance. You can tell it was made in China.

Am returning shoes because the loop tab of the hook-and-loop closure is entirely too short, making it impossible to wear with any kind of insert.

The shoe is very comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

Very happy with size, width, and support. Also, just the material i wanted. ihave never been disappointed with New Balance.

These shoes are terrible. I wear 13s, and I need wide shoes. I bought 13s 4 E extra wides and these shoes pinched my feet terribly in every conceivable way. What's worse, the tongue of the shoe is attached so that it rubs across the top of your foot painfully, and the hook and loop fasteners are so short they can barely hold the shoe closed. The sole is also so narrow that the rest of the shoe feels unstable and like my ankle is going to tilt sharply if I make even the slightest misstep. The shoes look OK, but feel like they were designed solely for appearance and not to go onto a human foot. I thought they were awful.

Ignore what these idiots say about fits true to size and width. Get at least a full size larger and wider!

I had an accident resulting in a broken neck. I have to use a leg brace in order to be mobile. I don't have the ability to tie my shoes. I love the shoes I order from you because they have Velcro straps instead of shoelaces. They're comfortable and my foot brace fits inside. You guys ROCK!

The only issue with these shoes is the Velcro straps are way too short and when walking they become disconnected . When pulled far enough to be secure they’re way too tight .

The product was defective the velcro was too short in length and the shoe did not close properly going to return it

Everything about the shoe was great except the hook and loops were too short. They required a lot of strength to close the Velcro with the straps. Otherwise a nice looking pair of shoes.

They cheapened this shoe. Sides of shoe do not come across top of arch and straps are narrower and barely fasten down properly. I was expecting this to be similiar to my 813's

Beige … will only wear white! Did not notice the highlighted color wasn’t white.
