there's a product flaw in the straps. There's a gap in the middle that makes them hard to make the sneaker tight

Felt full size larger than expected.

Shoe was labeled 9.5 but felt like a 9 or 8.5 and toe box much too narrow -

Shoes were misstated. Box showed 10.5 2E. Label sewn into the tongue of shoe was 10.5 M

This particular style has been our go-to shoe for my husband ever since his stroke, nearly ten years ago now. The hook and loop closure system he can manage independently - a huge plus. This shoe also is in a conventional man's dress style while still having the support and protection needed for diabetic feet.

The shoe felt tight when first put on. The upper strap only went about a third of the way over, just barely connecting to other side. After about 3 weeks, the shoe fit less tight and the upper strap is now about 3/4's the way across. It is not ideal, but it does the job. I have been wearing these in place of slippers inside, but also go outside without a problem. Easy to wipe off. I removed the insole that came with shoes, and replaced with my Protech insoles that I use in all my shoes, giving me the proper arch support. The insole that came with these shoes had only moderate arch support.

These are my husband’s favorite shoes - he has them in both black and white. They fit great, offer good support and are easy to get on and off.

I bought these for my 95-year old Dad who has some swelling in his legs and feet, especially during the summer. I tried Wide the first time and could not get the velcro to reach and hold the shoes on, so I returned them and ordered "Extra-Wide". Well, I was barely able to get these to work on his feet! I expected them to be a bit wider, or the velcro to be a bit longer. I am hoping that they will stretch a bit over time. There is nothing wider that I can order. My Dad had these shoes before and loved them, so he was very adamite that I order the exact same ones!

These are perfect for my needs. I have hip issues and it is difficult and painful to bend over to tie shoe strings.
