I bought these for my Dad who is 95 years young! Unfortunately, even with Wide, I could not get the Velcro to reach the other side and stay. I had to return them and try extra wide. Still waiting for those to arrive.

These were just too clunky and heavy than I expected.

Very comfortable walking shoe, almost no heel slip.

The loops on the shoes are too short.

The shoes are solid. I just wore them sitting in a chair indoors and they hurt my right foot. Not acceptable. I wrapped them in the original wrapping paper and box in perfect condition.

These shoes were made with a very cheap, stiff, uncomfortable something, not leather. The velcro is only effective in a small range if your ankles are not too large and if you are not wearing socks. Very disappointed as I have had these and have always been pleased. For the money, it's poor in quality, comfort.

I've been buying them for a few years now

The size is different from the last pair of New Balance sneakers I purchased. The shoe is too narrow for an 8D and the velcro straps are not long enough. This is a return.

Fit and feel is good.

My husband has another pair of New Balance shoes that he loves and we thought we were ordering the same ones, but they are a different style and a different fit.

The top velcro strap on the right shoe has been cut too short. It will not stay locked. It is about an inch shorter than the strap on the left shoe,

Nice shoe but doesn't fit right. The top of the shoe over my right foot irritates my foot. I have a pair of the same brand which I bought many years ago. Now I finally need a new pair. But these don't work. I wonder if the same brand is made and distributed by another manufacturer.

EE width for this New Balance model was more narrow at the top than another discontinued model worn previously.

Velcro failed after minimal wear. My husband had major surgery and did not wear them for 5-6 months, then only to walk a very short way to the mailbox and back, or to go to a yard bench to sit down.

The velcro strap failed after being worn about once a week or less for less than a year. The wearer had major surgery and did not even wear them at all for about 5 or 6 months.

I think the left shoe was defective. The "hook and loop" (aka Velcro) will definitely loop but not hook.
