I have a great deal of trouble with my feet. These shoes are wonderful! The support is great; my feet aren't cramped; they help my pronation and they accommodate my orthotics. Three thumbs up!

Great for comfort, good for my sore heel! I feel I can walk forever. These shoes cost less on Zappos site than anywhere else I found them at.

I ordered the WW927 New Balance Shoes in white knowing that I'd have my shipment in about 24 hours, and free shipping. It's always the free shipping and excellent customer service which keeps me coming back to Zappos. No other company can come close to their customer service in receiving the product immediately. The shoes fit perfectly and I wore them immediately for at least 6 hours straight and they did not feel like new shoes. I like this style because there is a good arch, good pronation, and a roomy toe-cap. I feel the size is correct. They don't seem to run too big or too small. True, they are not gorgeous shoes, but I can wear them without even thinking about my feet being tired or hurting. For several years I wore the WW926, but I think they are being discontinued, so I tried the WW927 style, and they were perfect also. I plan to order the same exact shoe in black. Also, they have the exact shoe in a beige, but for slightly more. It's a brand new color New Balance is offering. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Zappos.

This is a great shoe! It's comfortable, gives good support, which I need because of flat feet, accommodates my orthotics, and is good-looking for what it is - an athletic shoe. And Zappos is the BEST in every aspect of customer service.

Zappos delivered my shoes in a few short days. I have worn this New Balances every day since I started my clinical rotations at the hospital. I am a nursing student who isn\'t used to standing on my feet for hours upon hours, but with these shoes, I have no problem. I highly recommend these shoes.

This is the best walking shoe that I have ever purchased. The first day I wore them I walked for several hours touring NYC and had no problems. Very comfortable shoe. The toe box is generous and comfy. I wear a narrow and this shoe is true to size. Love them! I plan to get a pair in white if available.

These shoes are comfortable. I have a hard time finding shoes that fit and that have a lot of cushion. This shoe is perfect and I will buy it again.

I was in a panic when I discovered that NB had discontinued the 926, the only shoe that comfortably fits my orthotics and has allowed me to walk normally again after a long bout with plantar fasciitis. But today I received my new 927s and am happy to report that the fit is exactly the same, at least in my size (9B). The new shoe has a more cushy insole (which I always put on top of my orthotics) and also some new perforations to let a little air get to your toes.

I ordered this sneaker for my mother who has to wear shoes with good support. She loves them and they keep her foot stabilized, so she no longer has pain when she walks.

This is a superb walking shoe, much better than the New Balance 811, which I've worn previously. I wore the 811 because it came in AAAA width (I have very narrow feet), but the narrow (AA) in the 927 fits just as well and is much more supportive and comfortable for brisk walking on pavement. Because of its wide base, the 927 makes even my narrow feet look wide. So if I cared more about looks than comfort, I would order a different style. But this is the best shoe for serious walking that I've found. Highly recommended for serious walkers!

I purchased these for my young grandson with a size 14. He just loves them. He said they fit perfect and at the end of the day his feet do not have an odor and feels as if he just put them on. He is happy with my choice, thus I am happy also. It is tough to take a young boy to a shoe store and not be able to fit him with a shoe that looks his age. These can be worn by him as well as grandpa and look nice on both (different size of course). We will be back for more.

These shoes are wonderful! Spacious toe box. Great for a foot which has had 2 surgeries. I am on my feet all day and I really appreciate the comfort they provide. These shoes are great. I love the width of the shoes and they are so very comfortable. I will buy another pair as soon as these wear out.

Bought these for my mother and she loves em. The picture doesn't do them justice. The leather looks a lot better in person. She volunteers in a hospital and she says they are like walking on air.

I was originally skeptical about these shoes. I loved the 926\'s, but they were being phased out and this shoe was the replacement. I\'ve been wearing them for a week now and they fit just as well as my old shoes! I have wide feet with high arches and I try to walk about 20 miles a week. These shoes seem to fit just as well and I can wear my inserts with them. My only beef is that I wish the tongue didn\'t stick out quite so far when they are tied.

Zappos carried the special size that I needed to fit a custom made brace. As a first timer to Zappos, I was pleased with the ordering process. When I received my order well before the anticipated arrival date, I was very happy.

Most comfortable pair of walking shoes I have ever had on my feet. The only complaint I have is that the shoe strings were too long and I had to replace them.

I found these walkers in a foot specialist catalog and after reading the description, decided to see if Zappos sold them. They did, and for less than what the catalog had listed. What sparked my attention was that they were designed for people with low/no arches and helped prevent over-pronation. They have very wide bottoms compared to other athletic shoes I\'ve owned. They have a spacious toe box area and plenty of cushioning. I highly recommend them if you have low or no arches and want a comfortable walker.
