After 3 years of buying and wearing sneakers that don't fit properly, I'm so happy to have found these. I need space for wide toes and have been disappointed with so many sneakers having been made too narrow in the toes. These are great.

If you need good support and excellent cushion, this shoe is for you! Placing my arthritic/buniony/plantar fascia feet in these pillows of comfort, help me literally walk the extra mile! These babies are so comfortable! A bit clunky looking in my size, but if I can walk pain free in them, then it's a small prize to pay! Highly recommended!

These shoes maybe ugly but they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned! I started wearing these shoes because I needed a shoe with a high toe box and these shoes fit the bill. I highly recommend them.

The shoes have a wide toe base; just what I need as I have bunions. They also provide good ankle support.

Just about perfect - I am a New Balance ONLY shoe wearer. When New Balance changes their models, you never know what you will get. This time the change is great. The shoe is almost as good as the 844. I wear a 9 2A with a SL2 last. This shoe fits perfect. The last one, the 926, I literally threw into the garbage. It never did fit correctly. Horrible is the better word for the 926! Who ever knows what makes a shoe hurt? I had the 925 and no problems...go figure. This 927 I took out of the box and walked my normal 6 miles...no problems. I even like the look of it this time. If I was smart I would/should order another pair before it is replaced and screwed up. Wearers of New Balance know that you can love one model and it can be replaced with a dud. This one...the 927...is GREAT!! I have totally flat feet, a 3 time broken big toe, a longer second toe, which all combined give pain...and I am walking daily 6 miles just fine. I am a happy walker this time. I do believe that I am going to order this shoe in black also.

Have worn NB 927's for years per podiatrist advice for pronation problems. Use them with custom orthotics. Excellent support, nice cushion, great toe box space. Never much cared for the all leather black or white look, so this new mesh and leather option is a much better look without sacrificing function.

I own these shoes in the tan. They are actually very attractive, a bit more like an oxford and less like a sneaker. They are extremely comfortable. I have very sensitive feet, with plantar fasciitis, and find it difficult to find shoes that are truly comfortable. I can wear these all day. I highly recommend them.

This is my second pair of the same shoe. I have bad arches (old age and heredity) and these shoes accommodate my orthotics. I walk 4 miles each day (up and down hills) - without these shoes, I wouldn't make it! Regarding Zappos, THEY'RE THE BEST! I continue to recommend them as often as I can. GREAT people and SUPER service!!!

I love New Balance shoes and am always happy with their fit and comfort. I have a hard size to find and New Balance always has it.

I have a wide foot, and finding a good fit is often hard. New Balance is one of the few brands that offers many styles with a wide option. These shoes are very comfortable; I can wear them all day without any problem. They seem true to size. I would buy them again!

Very nice shoe. This is the second pair of this style I have purchased. The shoe wears well and is wonderful to have it in black so it looks nice when worn with casual wear or jeans. Very well pleased with the brand and product.

These shoes offer a most comfortable enclosure for my feet. They give abundant support and protection from rough terrain. The soles act as a cushion that actually cradles my feet. Their design demonstrates that someone out there actually cares about what my feet need.

I work in a hospital lab which means I am standing on my feet for most of my 8.5 hour shift. I've been wearing these shoes for two weeks now and have absolutely loved them since day one. I've gone through several pairs of shoes designed for medical professionals that cost twice as much and they don't compare to the comfort of these shoes! I will definitely be buying more when these wear out.

This shoe is leather which makes it less hot. I ordered my usual size 10 narrow, but had to exchange it for 9.5 because it ran a bit large.

This is the perfect shoe for imperfect feet. Plenty of room for the ball of the foot, back of the shoe tight enough so it doesn't flop around.

Terrific shoes for my plantar fasciitis and unstable, previously broken ankle. I have spent twice the amount on other brands, but those shoes are on the closet shelf while I walk confidently in these New Balance winners.

I was searching for a new shoe to replace my beloved WW811 that was discontinued. I tried the WW812, but was not impressed, so I thought I'd try this one. I was initially disappointed to find that the uppers are suede, which led me to believe that they would not wear well. I have been wearing these for about 3 months and can't say enough about how comfortable they are. I was also very pleasantly surprised to find that the suede is not any more worn or stained than the leather uppers I have had on previous New Balance shoes. They are definitely more expensive than the WW811, but overall I feel they are even more comfortable than my old favorite.

New Balance always spectacular shoes. I have been wearing their brand for years and won't go back to Nike.
