Bought these for my husband to wear in Costa Rica (rain forest) He loved them, comfortable and kept his feet dry. Great hiking and everyday shoe.

Living in NH I have owned several different pairs of Merrells with Gore-Tex. Each had a totally different feel and sizing. My 1st pair were named Pulse 11 (my favorites). I have purchased 3 other pairs and much to my surprise, they hurt my feet because the lasts were different. I called Merrell and asked what was a good replacement for the Pulse and they suggested the Moab. Today I received my new shoes overnight express thanks to Zappos. I must say these are as comfortable as my old original "Pulses". I give them A+.

These Hiking shoes are great. I live in New England, so I need waterproof shoes. They seem to keep out water almost as well or better then my ankle length hikers. Also I find that these shoes move quickly and are almost as light as my trail runners, but I get so much more in terms of waterproofing and traction that these are my go to shoes.

If any of you watched The Ryder Cup from Wales this year, you would know what a wet, muddy mess it was! These shoes held up under all those conditions and cleaned up so well as we ventured on to London. While there we must've put in 10-12 miles of walking everyday and not once did I complain about my feet! Great shoe!

Bought these for husband w usually wears Merrell Jungle Mocs in 10.5 wide. He needed a light hiking shoe so I thought we\'d try these Merrells. Fit was great. He thought they were even a bit wider than his Jungle Mocs. Thanks Zappos for carrying Merrells in wide sizes.

The Gore-Tex version keeps your feet from overheating which is great. The shoe (in E wide) has a lot of volume, particularly useful for high arches, thick socks and orthotics.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable on the feet, require no break in time, and absorb impact like a champ. Style-wise, it depends on you, I guess. I have no problems with the colors or design. Not about to go walking into business meetings or the red carpet with them, though.

I have worn these shoes for a month and a half now, and find them very comfortable and keep feet dry in wet fall weather.

Great fitting shoes with good support. Wore them on a twelve day vacation with many miles of walking. Very comfortable!

I bought these shoes for my husband who works in a warehouse. He needed a comfortable sport type shoe for walking/standing on concrete surfaces all day and a shoe that didn't show warehouse dirt like typical white tennis shoes. Not only were these shoes perfect for my husband's work environment but he's opted to wear them out and about casual as well! Great looking!

Great shoes! I need a wide shoe and these do the job. The Gore-Tex is not hot like some; I bought a second pair after wearing the first on a hot summer day.

They are just as comfortable and reliable as all my other Merrell's. I wore them backing in the mountains of Wyoming for a week and had no problems! Quality construction. For me, the sizing did seem a bit different, though. All my other Merrell's are 10 wide, but I had to get the 10.5s because my toes were more crammed in these. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning.

These shoes are just the ticket for me. They are comfortable and provide support in all the right places. I have tried them over a variety of terrains and they have performed admirably.

Great shoes. Very comfortable and they keep your feet dry. These are the best shoes for fall/winter months when there is no snow, but wet and cold. I wear them every day to walk the dog and they do not disappoint!

Well made shoes. Flexable for every day use. Is wide enough for an extra wide E size.

I work outside at a nursery and get about a year out of this shoe, which is better than most I have worn. Very comfortable and looks good with cargo shorts or jeans. Excellent service from Zappos.

I bought these to replace my awesome Keen Voyagers. Since the east Texas dew keeps things wet until late morning, I wanted to try something with Gore-tex. I immediately liked the Moab's fit and light weight. I haven't actually started wearing them, yet. As always, Zappos service excels!

Meets my needs: light, comfortable, and waterproof. Excellent for touring when you face uncertain weather.

I've been using these shoes for some time now and they are really awesome. Lightweight, durable, stylish and comfortable. I'm already thinking about buying another one from a different color.

These Merrell\'s are fantastic! I just got back from a trip to the UK where these shoes got doused with lots of rain and my feet stayed dry the entire time. I was climbing the Giants causeway in Ireland as well as walking the cobblestones of Edinburgh and these shoes did not slip. The best part is that I put them on out of the box and did not have to break them in for this trip. I did order a 1\/2 larger because my normal size was a bit short but other than that, these shoes were awesome! I highly recommend them!

Extremely comfortable, water resistant, and durable. I used these for a land tour in Alaska. Highly recommend.

Took them right out of the box and hiked in them 8-12 miles a day for 14 straight days. Not one issue. Great shoe!

Great shoes, my second pair from Zappos (albeit a slightly different model\/color this time). Great for hiking or everyday city walking. The Gore-Tex works great with dry feet in muddy conditions.
