Would not purchase again - can't wear left sandal - Ordered two pairs, one for me and one for my sister. It took about two weeks to adjust to these sandals. You have to buckle the straps loosely in order for the sandals to fit properly. My right sandal fits perfect, something is wrong with the left sandal. It hurts the arch of my left foot and I can't stand wearing the left sandal. If I knew this would happen I would have sent my pair back. Since I wore these sandals outside to break them in I'm stuck with them. Wish I could have the left sandal replaced. I feel there is a manufactures problem with this left sandal. My sister had no problem with her pair, said they are very comfortable & don't hurt her arch. I also purchased two pairs of the Milano soft footbed sandals for the two of us and neither one of us had a problem with them. The left sandal does not hurt my arch so this is the pair I'm wearing----they feel great.

Arizona not up to expectations - Length and width of the footbed are appropriate. Had to punch an extra hole in each strap to get them to fit. Arch support is very high. Not a comfortable shoe, especially at the price.

Fit and size were perfect. Really like the soft footbed. However, the color of the leather of the two sandals was off and did not match. And the glue on one of the sandals was very apparent on the front. Sadly had to return.

The most important thing is the fit. These are too small for someone with wide feet. Secondarily, this is a woman's style, not a mans style. I realize many men are wearing women's style clothing these days - these are along the same lines. They are shaped in a triangle, with a very narrow heal and wide toe. Not at all something I would wear. Third, they are uncomfortable. They are hard as rocks - no cushioning at all.

This isn’t a review for the shoe itself as I didnt actually receive the correct product. Zappos sent me a different pair of Birkenstocks that were clearly already worn, so I returned them.

So many scuffs on just one shoe. I know i got the oiled leather look but i just couldn’t believe the discrepancy

There used and pretty dirty, not what I want to put on my feet...

You may or may not know this but you sent me a dirty used pair of BIRKS, THATS GROSS!! I did not know you take used things back. Oh well first time it’s happened, so I’ll try again for a new clean pair.

The color appears black, not navy blue as described. The leather felt tough and rough on the skin. The main problem, though, was that the heel caps around your heel, and rubbed the inside heel of one of my feet. So, you have to have feet perfectly match the mold of the heel cap, which is rather high on the sides, for these sandals to be comfortable.

Never owned Birks as they are ugly, figured I'd give 'em a go now that they are back in style. Thought I would be sacrificing look for comfort, but I would be sacrificing everything: overpriced, uncomfortable, and yes ugly.

Didn't try them on.. I bought them for mothers day gift..They sent the wrong pair of shoes.. So I returned them for my refund..

My first pair of birks lasted 20 years. The second pair lasted 5 years. This pair has lasted 5 MONTHS. The sole is almost completely down to the cork on one foot and the other is getting close. Apparently Birkenstock has opted for cheap materials and low quality manufacturing in search of the almighty buck. How unfortunate. Guess what I won't be buying again?

These shoes do not compare to the Birkenstock sandals of the past. My feet ached after wearing them shopping. They are like walking on a board. I am very disappointed that these once wonderful sandals are made to feel so uncomfortable.

You sent me shoes that did not have the soft footbed as ordered.
