The tip of the shoe folded and kept rubbing on my big toe. This is the 2nd different kind of Brooke's that has done this.

I have been a true Ghost fan since 2012. Only shoe I wear. Since the ghost 13, the shoe has completely gone down hill. They keep changing it for the worst. I couldn't wear ghost 14. Returned them all.. yes! I buy 3/4 pair each year. The 15's were better but not great. Just order the 16 and already returned them. The shoe is to narrow and short. I'm a 8.5. I like my running shoe to have a bit of room in the toe. The 16 were way to tight and I'm definitely not going up a size. Can we please bring back the old ghost 13?

Returning this pair of shoes. The narrow feels too wide and the shoe is shorter than the Adrenaline. It just doesn't fit right. Bought these to try something new. I am going to stick with the Adrenaline.

Have purchased Ghosts for years, and the quality has changed, even had to order 1/2 size larger. Couldn't find a Ghost 14 or 15 online; will try putting soles from my older Ghost into the 16 for arch support. Also bought ASICS but the gel sole is not for me. Brooks please make the 18 more like the higher quality 14,15

Disappointed with the 16 after years of buying the Ghosts. They feel small and uncomfortable. I went back to wearing my 15's that are pretty much wore out, but comfortable. Sad, I relied on these! Now to find a different brand :(

The forefoot has way more material than my old Ghosts making my 2As feel cavernously wide. The support is really poor. My forefoot pronates hard into the inner sidewall of the shoe like the footbed slopes down or something and I don't normally have any abnormal pronation. I loved, loved my old Ghosts. I'm stuck with these b/c I've worn them outside now but wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I have a very hard to fit foot b/c I have to have a true 2A shoe (size 12 in addition) so I'm grateful they even make my size but I wish they'd stop messing with a good thing. Look at the most popular Ghost model reviews and maybe go back to that one.

After years of enjoying the same size Ghost shoes, these didn't fit at all. Too tight in the toe box. So disappointing! Afraid to order more shoes.

I have been a Brooks Ghost fan for as ongoing as I can remember. The 16s are totally different from the 15s. Not nearly as much padding and much wider in the toebox. I did buy a pr of the white with orange laces. They were 1/4 inches less wide than the coconut pr that I had to return for being too wide. Please go back, begging in fact to your 15 last and padding.

Low arch support. Flat and stiff, I've been wearing Brooks Ghost since Model year 10. These are totally different.

I've been running in Brooks Ghost for the past 15 years. The latest model is way too tight - the toe box has been redesigned and is no longer the same comfortable fit. I had to return them after 2 runs.

Not the same quality as when purchased in store. These do not provide the support that all the other ghost pairs have. I will be returning these.

I returned them, they have changed the fit or something. I returned to wearing my older pair of Ghost 16's.

This was my fifth pair of Ghosts, and something was totally off about these. I ordered my regular size and they were too small and very uncomfortable especially around my heel. I don't know why they're so different from the 15s, but the 16s were updated incorrectly.

The Ghost 15 was perfect. Only pair of shoes I can wear with ankle and foot problems. I have a hole in the toe after just 4 months. So I tried to order them again and they weren't available. So I tried the ghost 16 and they switched to flexible plastic cap in the toe that dents down and pushes on the toes after just a couple wears. It's also more narrow and too much padding to make a tighter fit. I write in hopes that you switch back to the old design which was perfect! I tried the men's ghost and that was the same situation with the plastic in the toe. So I tried the adrenaline, ghost max, revel, and glycerin. They must have a designer or factor that loves thick padding and it's just too much. They are hot, stiff, and squeeze the foot now. So I will have to switch brands until they get that figured out. But I'll be watching if they go back to the old design and fit. Whatever they switched to isn't working.

I've worn ghosts for years now and loved them but this design is changed and the sides flare out with each step. I've tried different lacing methods with no improvement. Definitely won't be getting these again

I've had Ghost 13, 14, & 15...all great. The 16's seemed to curl up on the sides of my feet, causing pain. Thought the first pair was a fluke, tried another pair with same results. Ouch.

I've been a faithful Brooks Ghost customer for years. I'm a dentist who works full time on hard floors and they've been the only thing to get me through those long days. I get a new pair about every 6-8 months. Fast forward to the 16 and I hate them. The outside of my foot and the heel feel like they're resting on concrete. It's bad enough to need to take them off after a long day, but now I wear them for a couple hours and I want to ditch them for my 15s.

I purchased these as I have a few pairs of ghosts shoes. I loved the color. But, my feet hurt so bad by the time I got home every day. I wanted to love them. I tried them out for a month, but just couldn't get over the pain I experienced.

Not great. I usually really love the Ghost shoes but the soles of these feel like someone's already run a couple hundred miles in them. Just not what I've come to expect after years and years of wearing Brooks Ghost. In fact, after running a little over 25 miles in them, I'm seriously considering purchasing a new pair of shoes from a different company for the first time in probably a decade.

I have worn Brooks Ghost shoes for years but this design is very tight due to the large amount of padding in the tongue of the shoe. I will probably need to return it. Also, it's too bad that every shoe you're making has such tall soles. They are probably fashionable but they can make you off balanced.

These were the most uncomfortable shoes for everyday wear. As long as you are moving, the shoes are okay. But, stand still for a minute or two and your feet will ache. Both my husband and I tried these shoes and we both had the same experience. We heard such great things about Brooks shoes, but, these are terrible.
