Too wide. Returned shoes on Nov. 5. Still waiting for my refund. The toe box is very wide for a Narrow width.

I have worn Brooks Ghosts for at least a decade. I have never had an issue with any of them and I love them dearly. When I bought the Ghost 16's, I noticed the fit was very different from previous Ghosts. There was extra material on the outside of the forefoot and too little on inside of the forefoot. My inner forefoot and arch were off the shoe. As I ran in them over time, I began to develop knee pain. This had never happened before. I commend Brooks for sending me a free pair of Adrenaline's with more support than the Ghost 16, but they had the exact same issue. Brooks has done something to the shape of the last with these shoes. I then went back to my Ghost 15's and the knee pain went away. Please return to the old shape of shoe Brooks! I bought every pair of Ghost 15's that I could afford and am hoping the Ghost 17 returns to it's old form.

Thought they were the replacement for Ghost 15 which I can't find on website. These are not great for walking

Very disappointed. I've owed Brooks Ghost for 4 years now. I loved them, until this model. This seems very cheaply made. The toe box is smaller, squishing my big toe when I run. They give me shin splints which has NEVER happened with Ghost's. The back part near the heel feels like there is less material there, making it feel like it's going to slip off. I had to find another shoe when reebok kept changing their cross training shoes (for the worse) and looks it like I'll have to find another brand, again. Being a personal trainer, I'm very particular about my shoes and I will not be recommending these anymore. Seems like these companies used 'recycled materials' making the product worse but of course they still charge the same price, if not more. Do better.

Horrible. I'm not sure what they missed designing the ghost 16. I LOVED my ghost 15, this doesn't even remotely feel like the same shoe. It's all just wrong. I switched back to the 15 and even the ghost 15 doesn't feel consistent with my last ghost 15. Has anyone else struggled with this?

I decided to buy a second pair of Ghost 16's, same size, but this pair is significantly smaller than the first pair. I don't know why mens shoes are consistent year to year in style and fit, but women can't count on buying the same shoe twice.

I have SEVERAL pairs of Ghost. I ordered the same size and color I always get. Black. They run big! Like a half size big! They also hurt my feet, which was odd. I've never had this happen before.

I have warn ghosts 29 years and 5 marathons The 16 are not good. Please go back to the 15

I wore it only once for a walk and couldn't walk all weekend afterwards nor put weight on my feet. After an hour of walking, my calves/shins were so tight and my feet hurt so bad. These shoes are not right for someone who pronates. Unfortunately I didn't keep the box and can't return nor can I use them anymore.

Why is LLBean selling just ONE color of the Brooks Ghost 16 (womens) when there are like a dozen? Was hoping to use my bean bucks toward these shoes, but you offer just 1 very ugly color. Ugh.
