Perfect!!! Previous versions of ghost were always my go to favorites, and then ghost 15, did nothing for me. Allowed too much side to side motion and actually caused knee pain. Took a chance on the updated 16, and so glad I did! Exactly the quality and performance Ive come to expect from brooks!

I have worn 15s forever, but somewhere along the way these changed. They run big and very wide. I just couldnt get them to fit my foot. I had to return.

Have worn the Ghost for many years and love them! Ordered online as I oftern do only to find-out the Ghost 16 runs 1/2 size smaller than other versions. Had to go to storefront to exchange. Tip: size up half a size from what you usually wear in the Ghost. (Sales person at store confirmed this has been a regular complaint they have gotten.) Still love the Ghost though! Awesome shoe!

Love them ! I accidentally thought they were black . My mistake . But they are still awesome! I've been wearing Brooks for over 7 years . Not interested in anything else . Happy feet

Unfortunately the Ghost 16 did not provide the same level of comfort and support that the Ghost 15 (or earlier models) had so I ended up returning it. For some reason the inside of my right foot up through my ankle would hurt while using them. I am now testing out the Glycerin 20 in hopes that its a better fit.

Finally! I found a shoe that fits and addresses my foot problems and fits into my lifestyle. I have a full-time job in a shipping department where I stand on my feet for over 8 hours and do a lot of walking where at the end of 8 or 9 hours a day, I could barely walk to my car! However, with your shoes it withstands all of that! They're amazing shoes! I would definitely buy them again!

Loved the colors. Felt a bit too big in the toe box. I tried them for a few months. Ended up getting severe shin splints, which I have never had in 10 years of running, sent them back.

I have to admit, since I have a short and wide foot, I was first drawn to the color of this shoe that was available in my size. I didnt know anything about this shoe. I put it on to wear at work with my scrubs the next day and loved the fit and the comfy and almost bouncy sole. A coworker immediately asked me if these were the new Brooks Ghost 16 that had nitrogen injected into the soles. I checked and yes! I read about these and was impressed! Later that week, I thought of my son who was about to start high school marching band camp and ordered the Ghost 16 for him. He loves the comfort! Great fit and shoe!

Still on the hunt for the perfect marathon shoe. I loved my previous Ghost 14's but this iteration has a tighter toe box causing me to get blisters on the side of my big toe. They feel fine for shorter distances but when I go longer they start to rub. Comfortable fit and the shoelaces have stayed tied (thus far!) but not wowed by this version.

Love the new bottom of the shoe, great support. The upper material has too much give, in my opinion. My foot doesnt feel supported like it does in the Ghost 15.

Good, comfortable shoe. For their first wear, I did 3 miles outside in the summer and they felt perfectly broken in for me. As someone with a history of stress fractures and plantar fasciitis, Im now on my third pair of Ghost, and have not had those problems since I switched to this brand and shoe.

Ive had addictions for my last 3 pair. I walk 3 miles 5 days a week. These arent as comfortable or supportive as addictions. Im sorry I cant buy them anymore. I walk the road, woods to the beach

I love these!!! Super comfortable from day 1. Was waiting for more color options, & shorty the wait. Have more cushion and bounce than the previous ghost & roomy toebox. I still have to put my own insoles with higher arches in, but really like.

Shoe fits great. The support helps my instep for walks. Love the sneakers.

I have worn numerous versions of the Ghost. The 16 has a roomier toe box and is quite cushiony. My only complaint, and thus why not a 5 start review, is the arch support. It's either too firm or ill-sized for the shor because these make my arches hurt. I'm still within the window to exchange, haven't decided fully yet.

Overall, improved version of the Ghost 15. The cushion is still neutral but feels more supportive and not as flat/stiff as the 15's. Good for middle distance/tempo runs and possibly track workout.

So this year instead of sticking to my Brooks, I decided to try the other popular brand, that starts from letter H.., that was a massive mistake. I ended up loosing two of my toe nails and said that I will never buy anything but Brooks. Love them! Great design. Seem lighter too.

I've loved the Ghost line for years and tried the 16's after reading reviews of the improved cushioning. I'm not a runner and can't leave a technical review. But I didn't like the way the toe portion dropped off in the front (maybe runners like that?) and the base looked wider to me. Maybe it was just an optical illusion because of the color, but it was unattractive, so I returned them. I also wish there were more color options for wider feet. So many cute sneakers out there and Brooks, while generally comfortable, aren't the cutest.

Excellent shoe for walking or running. I also own the Ghost 13 and Divide 2. I love Brooks shoes for their comfort and support and will always be a customer. The online shopping experience is very nice as well, easy returns and refund is issued right away. I had no problem returning a shoe that was .5 a size too small.

Love the shoe. Hate the fact that the narrow selection is only in boring colors. Only shoe I wear every day. Love the fit and stability it provides. Wish I had more choices so I could have different colors.

Really like the fit. Very comfortable. Cushioned just right. The toe box is nice and wide so that your otes aren't crowded. I love the color that I got and that they have a few options, Dyad only had about 3 colors and after a few yrs.you get sick of them. I'll enjoy these a lot.

The first few runs were a bit confusing, mostly in regards with th e different sole than Ghost 15, but that was expected for a new pair. These are now very comfortable, you can actually feel the lightness. Wearing them for a half this weekend, that would be true test, but very happy will buy another pair.

I returned my Ghost 16s. The pair I ordered seemed to run small and narrow. Ill need a bigger size than my previous Ghosts.
