I just bought 2 pairs of these shoes by Brooks. They are very comfortable but they make a loud annoying squishy sound when walking. Brooks is one of the top rated running and walking shoes and they are not cheap. They need to address the annoying squishy sound. I may even return them because of that.

I love them! They are very comfortable and fit well.

I usually wear the Glycerin 20 style. My husband accidentally ordered these for me so I gave them a try. I found the toe box to be too wide - my toes could literally slide from side to side. I also didnt think they had the same level of cushion as the Glycerin. I just ordered the Glycerin 21. Hopefully they are similar to what Im used to with the Glycerin 20s.

I have always worn Saucony Rides but decided to give these new Ghosts a try because I was feeling I needed a change with my recent uptick Im running, I was not disappointed! They are so light and bouncy feeling! And super comfortable! The only thing I miss about the Sauconys is the integrated tongue that attaches to the sides of the shoe because I have to fuss with the tongue in the Brooks shoe to get it to lay flat when Im lacing up.

They are very comfortable and gets me through a 10 hour day no problem, I only wish they came out with better colors not sure who is in charge of the color schemes butplease make better colors for the womens shoes.. the mens always seem to have better colors.

The ghost has been my go-to shoe for 5 years. However, this new model seems runs small and I should have gone up a half size or even a full size. The toe box also feels wider. The shoes strings are a bit short as well. the shoe still provides good cushion and support where I need it, and I do like the top material. I would still recommend the shoe, but make sure you try it on to make sure this new version still fits the way you want it to.

I love the Ghost 16 and love the style with the Rose Gold on the heel. Ive got so many compliments. And they are so comfortable! I only buy Brooks Ghost and always look forward to the new new Ghost!

These shoes are very comfortable. I'm having trouble with my feet, blisters and pain. I'm still getting some blisters, probably should've gotten the wide but the pain in my heel and arch is gone!

I have ran in Brooks for 10+ years and most of that time in the Ghost model. I buy about 5 pairs a year as a distance runner. I always buy the newest model. This is the first time I have had a bad experience. The 16s are just different. The support is off. The toe box is loose and sloppy. The result was a massive blister on the lower side of my big toe. I have never ever had a blister before. I tried lacing the shoe different. Making sure my socks were new and well padded. No difference. For the positive Brooks customer service is top notch. I do not complain ever! I contacted them about the issue and they replaced my shoes! I did opt to go back with the 15s for now. Unfortunately, I will have to try the 16s again at some point. Interested in the narrow option now available in the 16s. Maybe that will help, although the 2 color options available for narrow are horrendous! My feet are happy again!!!

Ghost 16 will not let you down, wish I had more of a choice tho, with size 12 narrow, your stuck with me. Thank you

Cushion is great. Super comfortable. Lots of room in the toes.

I have narrow feet, so the AA width was perfect for my feet. I think they run a tad too short. They are very cool in hot, summer weather.

This shoe is super comfortabe fur all-purpose running. Just enough cushion without sacrificing stability.

I have used Ghosts for 3 years now and these are different. Abysmal support. I now have a knee problem that has been made worse (or created?) by these shoes, but they were quite fun and bouncy before the knee problem. Brooks has been essential to my training for the last 10 years and I am confident I will find another Brooks shoe that will do the job.

I Love this shoe! Ive been a Brooks fan for a long time, and I was very excited to see that the Ghost came out in so many great colors. I bought the Surf/sand/flower one and I just love it. The same fabulous comfort and construction, with a new fun design. I continue to be a huge fan of Brooke shoes!

This is like my 4th Ghost. I am not really thrilled with the tongue on this. It doesnt seem wide enough. It bothers my instep, but that just might be me. I still use them, I have to adjust how I tie the laces.

I use Brooks Ghost for my 6.5 mile morning walks, I walk on asphalt and have some arthritis, so its important to have shoes with support and cushioning. I wore out my last pair of Ghost 15s and switched to Ghost 16s - without any problems. I think these shoes are great, maybe even better than the previous year model. They look cute too. Dear Brooks, please keep making them and I will keep wearing them

I've been wearing Brooks for about 6 years now, and have loved them. However, they have changed the sole, and it's too soft. It feels like I'm walking in sand and makes my feet ache after walking. It feels unsteady and even makes my plantar fascitis act up. I've tried this new Ghost 16 and the new Gycerin 21--and I can't wear them! Please bring back the material used in the previous versions! I'm hoping you'll put out a new Trace this year and that it doesn't have this new sole!

Nice cushioning but not enough support for me.

Very cushioned in heel but not under front part of foot Painful if worn more than an hour- had to switch back to ASICS and pain went away

Perfect fit, comfort for my walking up the mountain every morning!
