I ordered a size 10N and found that the toe box was much too wide for me despite being a narrow. I was disappointed because the style and coloring are really fun and it seemed like it would be an overall comfortable shoe if it was the right fit for me.

Inspite of being wide, felt narrow. Height low - brushed the top and sides of my toes.

I like the light weight and cushion, however it feels like it has some correction (I know it is for neutral runners, which I need). I am not able to wear them for too long because my left ankle begins to hurt. Not as good as the Ghost 15.

Still feel good with the firmness I liked from my Ghost 15s but these seem narrower and I got the same size and width as my Ghost 15s. Annoying and weird.

Sadly these were returned. I only buy Brooks as my 12 hr nursing shift shoe and usually are 100% satisfied. This particular pair had a strange fit :( Will try again !

I will give this a 3.5. Love the cream color and the design is flattering. The tongue is a deal-breaker! The way it adds extra bulk takes up more room, so it smashes your foot. First pair of Brooks that has ever given me blisters. I do admit once they are broken in (a month!) it's fine, but that's not something I am willing to do longterm. My husband has the men's version and has the same 2 issues as well with this model. He wears his unlaced because of the compression. So far the reviews not good for the 17s, so looks like I will have to find a replacement for my beloved Brooks Ghosts! Ordered one more 16 on clearance until I can find another brand. I had been wearing Ghosts since 2012. Brooks, please listen to the reviews. Seems like you're changing things without rationale or real thought. You're losing Ghost die-hards.

I don't run, I am a nurse and am on my feet all day. I have bunions on both feet. Ghost are the only shoes that I have found to be comfortable.I have 3 pair of different Ghost and I alternate between them. I have a pair of Adrenalin GTS and they are not wide enough and rub the bunions. They sit in the box.

I have worn Ghosts for a number of years but now I need more padding under the front of my foot. Returned these and bought Ghost Max instead which are perfect my my feet now.

Been wearing Ghosts for years. Just bought the latest 16s; so disappointed. Toe box too small and/or shoe runs shorter. The last 16s I purchased in October; have some miles on them and was looking to update. Returning and holding off on replacing for now.

I really, really loved the "walking-on-clouds" feeling of the previous editions of Ghost shoes (14, 15?), but I find that this new Nitrogen-infused cushioning is much more firm and no longer gives that feeling. This will no longer be my go-to shoe.

The overall comfort wasn't there. My feet would hurt by the end of the day. I've purchased Ghost shoes in the past and felt no discomfort but after standing all day in them my feet were killing me.

I have a few if the ghost and they are usually comfortable. This pair I could not keep them. They felt tight and my toe kept hitting the top of the shoe box. I love the color but could not keep them.

I liked the way the shoes look and they were comfortable initially, but the toe dents really easy and I can feel it through the shoe. It's really frustrating because I like the shoes otherwise. Even more frustrating when you spend a lot of money on shoes and they don't seem any better than a cheaper pair of shoes. Fit seemed normal also.

This model changed in the tie box. It's too wide, sloppycut across my toes when it bent and was stiff and sharp. I need narrow, so I switched to the adrenaline this year!

I've worn ghosts for the past 12 years and wouldn't trade them for another shoe. This is why I'm so disappointed with the 16s. The toe box seems to be more narrow (and I have narrow feet), and it's compressing my MTP joint. Also, it has way more cushion compared to the previous ghosts. I hope that the future ghost shoes for back to resemble previous models.

I used to love the Ghost shoes but they have changed them and now they hurt my feet. I tried to do an exchange to get a bigger size I wasn't able to do so.

Very stylish and light weight. Not as comfortable as I hoped. Still giving them a good try but developing a blister on one of my heels after walking 1-2 miles. Also, I had to initially return for a half size larger than I typically am due to running small.

I should have listened to the reviews. This show is terrible in comparison to all the other GHOST shoes. I’ve been wearing brooks for about 10 years now and this is by far the worst shoe they’ve made. There is subpar arch support and the soul feels and looks cheap. Please go back to the Ghost 15 design.

I have been wearing Brooks for many years now. My previous pair of 15's although rather worn out in support are still comfortably cushioned. I still use them for going outside to do yard work. The new design has a stiffness to it that even after wearing for a while now still isn't completely gone. The other problem is that the ventilation isn't as good and my feet sweat. I never usually have had problems with this but even just wearing them around the house my feet start to sweat. I didn't return them as I wasn't sure what else to get. Please bring back an old style 15 or before because they were so much better!

These are very soft and comfortable with a wide toe box, but I feel that they run about a 1/2 size small. This is even with the standard insoles! I haven't even tried them with my orthotics, as they make them even smaller. I bought 2 pairs, one is a little bigger than the other. I am very true to my size, and I have had other Brooks that did not feel this way.

Seems padding is extremely lacking. Shoe strings really short. Not comfortable at all. Would not buy again.

Broke my heart to have to return these very cute shoes, but apparently changes between Ghost 15 and 16 did not work out for me. I have worn Ghosts for years but these did not fit. I have a problem finding stores to try on other Brooks styles because my feet are size 11 1/2 and no one has them in stock. One salesman tried to convince me that if I bought a wider shoe, I could wear a size 10 (which was the largest size in his store.) He was wrong...

These felt shorter than all the previous versions of ghosts that I have bought. I usually size up 1/2 size from my regular shoe and that works.
