I have been wearing the Ravenna for years because it was a perfect fit. Since this model was discontinued I tried the Ghost 16. It does not fit well. The toe box is too big and my feet chaff as I walk. I plan to return them.

Toe box is too wide, and something feels off with the arch support. I've been wearing Ghost for years now, and I'm a bit disappointed at this point. Hoping the 17/18s are different as I do not want to have to find a new shoe to try.

I thought I'd try a different pair but really like the last Brooks sneakers. I got better adrenaline GTS

I wanted to love these. Great color, and high quality. These shoes just didn't work for my foot shape. My arches would ache.

The Ghost get an A for cushioning and fit great, however, for me the deal breaker is the 12mm heel drop, which is not a good fit for my lower body. I constantly feel as though I am falling forward. Still on the search for a great narrow width running shoe that is both comfortable and fits.

I have been buying the adrenaline 22 in 8 wide and want to switch to ghosts, but I'm not sure I should anymore. The reviews don't sound great. I ordered an 8 wide. I like how they are lightweight and stylish. However, I noticed right away that the toe box is narrow compared to the my adrenaline 22 in 8 wide. My big toe on my left foot was pushed against the side of the shoe, so I returned it. I'm disappointed that the wide is not actually wide anymore.

I love the Ghost shoes but year after year they seem to get less wide. I wear an 8W and this pair seem to be tight in the toe and front foot area. Not exactly thrilled with the fit of Brooks shoes anymore

I have been wearing Ghost for years and always loved the fit and color choices. I was disappointed with the 16. The tongue is oddly shaped and doesn't have the cushion thickness of previous Ghost models. I didn't like the color choices but picked black and white because I really didn't want any kind of light color. Overall it's not as comfortable as it previously was. I am considering sending it back.

I thought they would bring more relief to my feet, knees and legs. They are very comfortable, but I had hoped for more for the money.

The Ghost 16 fits a bit differently than previous Ghost shoes. I've been wearing Ghost since the series 8, but this is the first one where I should have increase to a 7.5 instead of my normal 7. It's more narrow than previous versions.

I have purchased Brooks Ghost for the past 10 years but this is the first pair that I am not completely satisfied with. The shoelaces are too short, the tongue is weird shaped and too short and there is something sharp on the inside of the left shoe that keeps scraping my foot. It is also a little shorter so my big toe rubs at the end.

These shoes aren't the same has the ghost 15. I ordered a wide but they don't feel as wide as the ghost 15. They aren't nearly as comfortable.

I like the ghost 15 better. They were much more comfortable for me. I have flat feet and wore orthotic insoles in them and they were great. The 16's feel a bit more snug and hurt the top of my feet for some reason. I'm trying to break them in thinking they will be more comfortable, but I've had them for a couple weeks now and it's not happening. I kind of wish I would've spent the extra dollars for the Glycerin.

The shoe is smaller than it was. I ordered 8.5 and am thinking about sending them back for size 9. My big toe hurts every time I wear them running. I also measured them with my last pair and they are slightly smaller.

I have worn the Brooks Ghost for years. I ordered the same size I have always worn but it was much narrower and at least a half inch smaller when I held it up to my current shoe.

The new sizing presented a problem for me. My right foot is larger than my left foot. With the new sizing, my big toe was crowded in the right shoe. But sizing up would have meant an impossibly large shoe for my left foot. With the old sizing, my right foot was comfortable and I could make adjustments with the laces on the left foot. Had to return.

The Ghost 16 fits very differently than the Ghost 15. I could comfortably wear my Ghost 15s from day one with no pain, no adjustment. They fit like a glove. The Ghost 16s on the other hand seem wider and I have not been able to get them adjusted to be snug enough. My plantar fascitis has acted up when wearing the 16s as well, while I never had that with my 15s. I wish Brooks hadn't redesigned this shoe. I'm not sure I'm going to keep them while I desperately search for a pair of 15s.

Too much cushion, not enough arch support. The sole too high in back with sharp drop off before toe end pitches body forward rather than back

Much prefer the fit of the Ghost 15; the 16 is roomier all around & has less cushioning around the ankle; I purchase this style because it fits my very narrow foot well but the 16 not so much (even in N width); will be curious to see how the 17 is fingers crossed

I am not happy with the changes to the Ghost 16 shoe. I have been using Ghost for years and I have always been happy with the feel and the durability of the shoe. But the 16 starts out feeling good but then it goes "flat" quickly. It loses the support completely. I have bought a few pairs of them and at first I thought it is just one of those shoes. But they were all just one of those shoes. Please figure it out I started using Brooks to help with my plantar fasciitis but these are causing pain in my feet after a while.
