Oddly narrow, tight through arch. Not sure if its this version of the Ghost, I have not had this issue with any others.

They were great right out of the box. I took them on an adventure vacation and they were great. The reason I only gave them 3 stars is because the inserts gave up fast. They flattened out and provided no support pretty quickly. I bought replacement inserts and that lengthened the lifespan.

I've bought versions of this same shoe before This time there was an issue with inside construction. Hard to get the tongue to lie flat and not bunch up.

It's seems that this shoe is wearing quicker than expected. The balls of the shoe are wearing thin after a year of walking (occasionally in the winter and regularly in the summer).

The Ghost 14 had a much better fit for me, but Brooks are still the most supportive for someone with a high arch. Just wish they wouldn't keep tweaking it.

The shoe itself seems well made and fairly comfortable. I should have ordered a half size larger than my normal size as they seems to run smaller. The toe box is also pretty narrow and gave me blisters under my bunions after about 4 miles, so I would order a wide next time. Overall it would be a nice and comfy shoe if I had the appropriate size: a risk you take ordering a new brand online.

I have been wearing the Brooks Ghost for many years and have been very happy with the fit. I wear a 9.5 narrow which is quite difficult to find and I have to take what is available, very limited color choices. I noticed a difference right away with the Ghost 16. I did not care for the toe box. My big toes were right against the sides of the shoes and they gap on the other side. I got holes in my socks! I have the Ghost 14 which I love but I needed a new pair hence the purchase of the Ghost 16. My daughter bought me a pair as well. I am not a happy camper with the Ghost 16.

I love the look of them. I like the bounciness of the sole. They are comfortable on the bottom of my feet, however, they hurt my toes. Almost like it squeezes them when I run, even though the shoe is wide at the top. It also broke my toe nails the first time I used them. I have other Ghost 16's that I loved. These are different.

The toe box seems much more narrow than in previous ghost shoes I have gotten. I am used to putting on a new pair of brooks and taking off these will take some time break in. Not my favorite pair of shoes.

I have bought Brooks for decades now. I really like the Trace 2 and I liked the first pair of Ghost but this generation hurt my leg with its design. It’s way too narrow at the top of the shoe by the toes, and even with a little room at the front, it was uncomfortable.

These are not near as comfortable as the Ghost 15. Why were they changed so much? I had to size up, and the hard toe still makes my toes sore at the end of the day. Go back to the past design!

This shoe did not fit me well even though it was my size, Women's 11 1/2 Narrow. The toe box was way too wide and deep. The only shoe that seems to work fairly well is Adrenaline and the size and color options are very limited.

For some reason these hurt my toes on both feet, I've never had this problem with these shoes, I have bought 3 pairs of this shoe and they all were great, I have a pair I never wore from a few years ago and they feel great.
