I love everything about this turtleneck BUT the length. Overall it fits great, but it's way too short especially if you want to layer it as I do. When I tried it on under a sweatshirt I kept pulling it down. I bought two of them and they're both going back. Please, make these longer!!!

This is a fine winter turtleneck for layering, nice quality, warm without being heavy. Very versatile. It could be a bit longer for my tastes, but on the other hand, I don't have to tuck it in when wearing a shorter sweater!

Good product. I just don't like the relative thinness. If you want something a little dressier than the "normal" cotton turtleneck, than this is it.

As always, LLBean turtlenecks and t shirts fit as expected, are soft on the skin and wear well. The color on this royal plum turtle was exactly as pictured.

I love the Pima turtlenecks and color stays bright, however I always order the turtlenecks a little bigger because they always shrink a little on the first laundering. I normally am a petite size, but I order the small.

I bought several of these about 2 months ago because I loved the variety of colors and didn't want to miss out on getting them. The fabric is so soft however I do have one request/suggestion, could you offer this in a Tall? The arms and the length are too short. I know the other LLBean t-neck comes in Tall but I don't like the elastic around the wrist. I would have given it 5 stars if it had been a Tall.

A high quality item. Dropped one star for fit - they run a bit short and don't stay tucked in.Wish they came in more colors too.

These are a staple in my wardrobe and I own several. They are easy to care for and if you pull them out of the dryer while they are slightly damp they don't require an iron. They come in a nice variety of colors and I find that they last a number of seasons before I need to replace them. I would like them to be slightly longer so that they would be easier to tuck in. My older shirts are.

This is a very nice turtleneck. It has great color and is well constructed. My only criticism is that I expected an even softer fabric.

Love the silky texture, hemmed cuffs. Shoulders and arm length ok for petite but wish pima turtlenecks were offered in relaxed fit.

I have been wanting a butter yellow turtleneck for a few years now. The color is perfect. I know it will last a long time as my other LLBean ones have. However, even though I wear a M in a competitor's turtleneck thus large is very tight in the arms especially. Wearable under the sweater for which it was purchased but not alone.

This turtleneck is made of a lightweight material that I like because it can easily be dressed up or down. It washes well and doesn't shrink. However, I usually order Petite Small, but some reviews indicated this turtleneck is short. So I ordered Regular Small, and it fits just right in the length. Otherwise, I'd rate it 5.

I was looking for a replacement for a worn out black turtleneck. It arrived quickly and fit well Two wishes: looser neck (tight neck is not very flattering) and more color choices

beautiful color, sleeves drew up during washing, so I push up the sleeves and wear it as a three-quarter length sleeve.

Great color and comfortable. True to fit except that it was shorter in length than other turtlenecks from another company and it shrunk in that direction with the first (cold water) wash. I noticed that some other reviews also reported this. The sleeves are also a little on the short side but that's okay with me. I'm glad I got it on sale.

I should have gotten Tall because the sleeves are a little short for me. But other than that, it is fitting good and washed well.

Nice texture, true to size and washes well. However, when I put it on, the fabric gaps slightly in the front right under the turtleneck. This is also true of another LL Bean turtleneck I own.

This is a very nice turtleneck but simply made with sleeves that will need to be pulled down when putting on a pullover sweater on top of it. I have not worn it yet but tried it on with a sweater and it has a nice quality feel to it. As others have commented, it would be nice to have a ribbed cuff but other than that it is exactly what I expected and it feels nice on my skin.

I like the feel of the cotton--soft and silky. The turtleneck fits me nicely, and the neck isn't too wide, which is the case with many turtlenecks I have tried. Washes well. The only hesitation I have about giving it 5 stars it that the neck tends to slip down a bit. (Maybe that's true of all soft fabrics.)

A little short in body length of shirt. I like a longer fit so it ticks in without pulling out with normal motion. Very soft comfy material.

Bean's T-necks are my favorite for maintaining color and smooth texture. I am very lean and thus wear a small to avoid it looking too wide. After a few washings, the sleeves seem to shrink in length a bit.

I have this wonderful turtleneck in several colors. Order the dark red and it shrank a LOT - an inch in the sleeve, and also at the hem. Have to return it. Did not have the same problem with other colors I have ordered.
