True cotton, which is hard to find! I would like to see cuffs on the sleeves, as I find them to be a bit short.

I bought medium petite last year and it fit perfectly. Bought the same size this year to find the sizing has changed dramatically. Might want to note changes like this on the website!

Good quality and fit. I would definitely recommend this very tailored and classic turtleneck.

Nice material, sleeves plenty long. Personally, I prefer my shirts to come down lower, like super long.

One of the most versatile, classic pieces I own. My husband told me I looked classy in this turtleneck. The Pima cotton is so soft and smooth. I only wish it hung slightly longer. I got the navy in a size M and I am 5' 3"/145 lbs.

Pima material is wonderful and easy care. I wish sizing was a bit better. LLB is a little short on sizing for plus size. Sleeves should be inch or two longer as should width. Turtleneck is okay but not a size I would always wear.

The pima turtlenecks from LLBean are so comfortable and wash well. I am certain that they will wear well as well. The turtleneck is not too snug yet stacks nicely. The colors are beautiful . I bought a medium and I am 5'8" and weigh slightly under 140 lbs. My only complaint is that the sleeves could have been a touch longer for me.

Loved the color and fabric. Large Petite fit close to the body but not too snug except for the neck which was very tight. Usually I order a Large Regular which is very comfortable in the neck. I am 4'9", 104 lbs.

As others have noted, the length is very short. To confirm this (and to confirm that I wasn't imagining It, lol!) I measured the three turtlenecks I ordered (in different colors) and then compared with the three Pima Cotton Cowl-necks that I own and love. Both are described in the Size and Fit section as hitting "mid-hip." The turtlenecks were all 22" and the cowl-necks were all 24," measured from the mid-neck seam in the back. I am only 5'4" and the turtlenecks were very short. Would be helpful if LL Bean disclosed the actual measurements.

T'neck is sized a "Medium." After washing, line-dry, it's a tad shrunk, and now just acceptable, not great, in terms of fitting. Sizing seems to have gone sideways in recent years; Small is my normal size and now Medium is just barely cutting it. What gives?

Color was good, but the fit was the strangest I've ever experience with LLB. The X-Small was a mistake; I believe it was the only size available at the time.

The color is fabulous. The material feels silky. But it runs small. I bought a size medium . At the same time, I bought a size medium in the interlock all cotton turtleneck. That other top fits perfectly.

Good quality, but as with so many Bean knit tops, the sleeves are a bit short. Neck is quite tight, but looks and feels good on.

It was a very nice turtleneck, just wish it came in Tall sizes. The sleeves and body were too short for my 5'10" body.

I love the fit and fabric. I wish the sleeves were at least an inch longer. My arms are normal length and always feel like I need to pull my sleeves down. I find the crew neck long sleeved Ts made from same fabric the same and when I bought a medium instead of a small, the sleeves were better but of course, the body fit was just a bit too big and too long. 120 wt 5'4" ht

I have at least four of these Pima Cotton Turtlenecks. I also have the Pima Cotton Tee Long Sleeve Crewneck in TALLS. I am 5'9''/140lbs. I usually order a large as I don't like clothing tight to the body. The crewnecks fit great! The regular size items are simply too short in body and sleeve length. The Talls sizes are perfect. Unfortunately, the Pima cotton turtle necks do not come in Tall sizing. So I'm stuck with my shirts coming untucked, and if they are untucked, baring my back when bending over or reaching up as well as bare wrists that get cold. They simply look like I'm wearing a kid shirt. So frustrating. The material is wonderful and the cuffless styling is great as well as the neck sizing, but please, please, offer the turtlenecks and other shirts in Talls. A minimum of one inch should be added to sleeve and body length, preferably two inches.

Quality fabric, know it will last for several years.

Every turtleneck I buy from LL Bean always shrinks no matter how I wash it. I always follow the directions and it still is shorter and the sleeves shrink. I love them except for this.

Bought this turtleneck in three colors for a comfy, easy-care shirt to wear under sweaters and flannel shirts.

Comfortable, soft long sleeve turtleneck. Machine washable and dryer safe. Waist falls right below waistline and I wish it could have been a couple more inches longer. Fabric is daft and warm.

I love your turtlenecks and have worn them for years. BUT they are too short in the length. Always!! After the 1st washing, they ride up outta my waistband of my pants, or anything I'm wearing! I'm 5'5" so not tall and I live in a cold climate. I hate the draft under my sweaters, etc. PLEASE, please make a LONGER torso length to your turtlenecks and tops. Thank you!

Fits well, good color. I lie the printed label, instead of a sewn-in one. I wish it had cuffs.

I love the color and weight of this turtleneck. In fact, I love everything about it, but I think it could have been a tad longer. I ordered a petite, which is my usual, but this one fell a bit shorter than I am used to. I still would purchase again, but perhaps in this shirt, I would go with a standard fit rather than the petite.

Love the fit and style......just afraid of how it stains easily.
