Great shoe! I have been wearing Hoka sneakers for a very long time. I wore them way before they were cool! I’ve tried about 4-5 different models. For the last 3 years I’ve been a firm Bondi wearer, but I wanted a stiffer shoes with a grippy sole for our upcoming trip to Europe. The Stinson 7 is perfect! I’ve only walked around in them a tiny bit and I’m on my treadmill right now while writing this review. They were a perfect fit as soon as I put them on. They do not rub my pinky toe at all, like other models have in the past. I have a moderately wide foot, an almost flat arch, a small bunion on my right foot, and I’ve had a bunionectomy on my left foot from many many years of wearing combat boots and running many miles in the army. These might be my new favorite! The heel cup is perfect and they’re very easy to slide on without having to hold the back at all. Bondi has a loop to hold for assistance. These have a perfectly shaped slide-in heel that provides easy hands-free placement of the heel and then just slide in and go! I’m a fan! I wish I had these when I ran triathlons. They’d make a great transition shoe. I recommend these to heavy runners with semi wide feet. I got the regular width and have plenty of room. They did not have a wide option. So if you have really wide feet they might not be the one for you. I can’t wait to try them on cobblestone in Europe!

This is my favorite shoe! It’s virtually the only shoe I wear due to foot issues, bunion removal, bunion in other foot and posterior tibial tendinopathy. I like the wide toe box and stability. Each pair only lasts me about 4 or 5 months when I start noticing pain on the side of my foot. The shoe breaks down and the support isn’t there any more. I sure wish they came in other fun colors.
