The Stinson is my go to work shoe! I work 12 hour days in the medical field, I basically stand in one spot all day 90% of the time. These shoes are the only ones that get me through a day pain free. I have tried others and always come back, I won't try others again.

This was my third purchase of Hoka Stinson 7's. I have been running in two pair, juggling them. I bought a third pair and put them in the closet. Thinking of getting that four pair to put away! They are honestly one of my favorite running shoes EVER...and I have been running for a very long time :) Great shoe! Comfort, support, great on trails, blacktop, anywhere you run! They will keep you stable and comfortable!

I walk my dog 3-5 miles a day. I have always worn the Hoka Bondi for stability because of a bad ankle and plantar fasciitis. But the bottoms of the Bondi are pretty flat and wear out quickly on the road. This shoe is not quite a cushy but almost. It has great support and a better bottom for my trail and road walks. I'm still wearing the Bondi for the gym though. Can't beat the stability and cushioning of the Bondi.

I have been wearing Arahi's for the past 6 years. My podiatrist had recommend them. I love them but the inside back always breaks down quickly and I did not love the new colors so I thought I would try something new. After a lot of research I settled on the Stinson 7. I wanted to try the H frame. I have been wearing them for 2 weeks. Love them! They come in great colors, comfortable, supportive and my feet feel great at the end of the day. Love the Stinson 7.

I have flat feet so I over pronate. Recently developed left medial knee pain. These shoes have helped tremendously and knee pain has resolved. Thank you.

I absolutely LOVE the Stinson 7. I have several colors because they are the most comfortable and supportive shoe I have ever worn... right out of the box. Nice open toe box for those of us with bunions. No pressure points anywhere with this shoe. Please add more brighter colors!

I have problems with my feet - an artificial great toe joint in one foot and arthritis in the other great toe. This show has the wider toe box so I am not forcing my feet into a narrow shoe. I don't need a wide shoe overall, I actually have narrow feet but the joint issues mean I need that boxy area in the front. I like the stabilty. The only negatives for me are that it isn't as plush as I expected based on the description. That isn't a deal breaker, as I need to put in inserts that work around my joint. However, I'm surprised that this is rated as plush. I don't love the patterns but to have shoes that are comfy is well worth it. I'm not sure what it is best for - I am not allowed to run, jump rope, etc. because of the joint problems. However, it is great for walking - I can walk normally and not cause my arthtic joint to become inflamed and painful.

I am a fan of Hokas. I have been wearing Bondi 7, 8. This Stinson 7 is very well made, lovely graphics. But the insteip is too snug for me. I walk daily and do aerobics, Zumba, Step.
I'd also recommend:
Nothing compare to the comfort of Hokas.

Love these shoes, best color in a while. The Stinson 7 is my favorite Hoka; great on pavement as well as trail. I put anywhere from 20-30 miles a week walking the dogs in all conditions and this style has held up the best.

Love my Hoka Stinson! I have been using them in all my runs over about 15 miles for years. I suffer from a very common ailment, arthritis of the big toe. With the Hoka Stinson, I can run all day and night without pain! As I did in January when I completed an 80 mile sled pull in Northern Wisconsin. I am planning a 24-hour run this weekend, and will of couse, be wearing my Stinsons.

Got the Stinson 7 in purple a week ago, and they are FABULOUS!! So very comfortable and little to no back pain while walking. I walk a couple of miles each day, and they are the most comfortable shoes!! I'm looking forward to wearing them as I trek across Italy in October!

I was scared to buy this particular style of shoe bc of the negative reviews. I think the most negative reviews come from loyal and repeated HOKA shoe buyers. I am a 1st time buyer of this shoe and have nothing to previously compare it to. Anyways, I took a chance because my podiatrist recommended this shoe. I over pronate and have flat feet. According to the specifications the most supportive but cushioned shoe was this one. I am glad I took this chance. Well I am shocked to say that HOKA does live up to the hype. When I walk, it feels like the shoe helps me. I can't explain it. It's both comfy and supportive at the same time.

I bought my Hoka before departing on a three week walking intensive trip through Scotland. I am so glad that I did. As a silver haired lady, I do have my aches and pains. However, the shoes made every step a bit easier. My hubby HATES athletic shoes, but I convinced him to at least try a pair. He now will not take them off!
